The ResortQuest Nantucket Rainbow Cottages are the most quaint and colorful vacation villages in Destin. The two-story cozy cottages are set in a garden with a swimming pool and sun deck area that is only a short walk from the famous sugar-white sand beaches. This quiet complex has one bedroom cottages that may be the perfect setting for a honeymoon or a relaxed family vacation. From the check-in location at Central Destin Office. 35000 Emerald Coast Parkway, guests will receive their keys, other check-in material as well as driving directions to the ResortQuest Nantucket Rainbow Cottages. During periods when the check-in location is closed, an automated check-in systems is available. Guests access unit keys from a lock box. Guests use an adjacent telephone which calls the reservation office to obtain lock box access codes. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Please note that there is a USD 76.00 cleaning fee on studio units and a USD 94.00 cleaning fee on 1 bedroom units collected at check-in. Check-in is loacted at Central office, 35000 Emerald Coast Parkway. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. Stayed at Nantucket before and most reviews I've given have been average. I stayed at Nantucket #9 and was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed. Apparently this unit has owners who care quite a bit about their unit. There are nice paitings, all stainless appliances, new and very nice furniture, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, .... I could go on and on. MOST important to me, the living room had a huge 32 or 35" TV. This is by far the nicest Nantucket and one of the nicest condos I've ever stayed at. If you want high-end luxury at rock bottom prices you've got to ask for #9.

Wow, I have to say this all in 100 words or less! That might be tough. Mold on the ceilings and shower doors in bathroom. We awoke to ants all over the kitchen counters and tables. We had just bought groceries so most of them ended up in the trash. Laundry facility outdated. 7.00 worth of quarters in dryer and still wet towels. The pool was small and no shade for elderly or small children. Broken chairs poolside. We packed up and left after one night. Resort Quest sent us to Gulfview condiminums. An upgrade, but not by much. Not Happy.
