room-everything working and modern as pictured. Housekeeping came twice all week after hunting her down.The worst...we already paid for 4 people in full , at check in, the bill said we owed another $400! -this hotel has a 2 person limit per room when you book it and charges $20 per person per night extra (a policy not specifically stated on websites) I was charged twice. After an extremely hectic call,they finally agreed to pay the charges. -great hotel for the cost and would use again, but only for 2 people.

The staff is very rude!!! We booked a vacation package for 3 adults, and when we arrived they claimed that only two people are allowed in the room although my paperwork shows there should have been three in the room. They charged us an extra $20.00 per night.
