Front desk staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful and courteous. Housekeeping staff were cheerful, friendly, and very accommodating! Door staff equally helpful with tourist directions, taxis and free shuttle bus services. Accommodation was just what was needed after a 12 hour flight - try the Nathan Suite! Excellent 'communication room' on the Nathan Floor - free internet with coffee and/or soft drinks, papers, TV, sofa. Restaurant service helpful and attentive - try the New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc which was very good value and went down a treat at the end of a long, hot day. Only disappointment was the rooftop bar - very modern/'trendy' decor, great potential but poor service and expensive drinks (disappointing Singapore Sling - OK so this is Hong Kong, not Singapore the home of the Sling!). Useful for those with a late flight out of HK: the 12 pm checkout time can be extended to early evening for 50% of the daily room rate. I'd quite like to revisit the Nathan.

We were fortunate to receive an upgrade so enjoyed a 1 bed suite with separate lounge area which was very comfortable.

Hotel was great, the Nathan Rooms new decor is lovely, service was good, good value for the money with breakfas, and high speed internet. Will definatly stay their again, perfect location for shopping . Hotel staff was most helpful.
