I will use this hotel in the future. Fantastic location close to river, CBD, convention centre, bus and trains. Full breakfast was a bit cold but otherwise good value. Rooms and bathrooms are big and spacious.

For a reasonable price, guests in this hotel would have many vantage points, among them, the location (being proximal to business centres and leisure parks), and it's cleanliness.

Best things are a handy location to central Perth business area, and low pricing. Odd-shaped but spacious rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of nearby cafes for breakfast instead of the one off their foyer. Nothing unpleasant, nothing special either.
