The lake district is within easy reach as is Scotland . Gretna Green is only seven miles away. The Lanes in the city centre offers an abundance of shopping. The Cathedral and Tullie Hose are well worth seeing.

Enjoyed relaxed visit.Enjoyed our stay,nothing to much trouble for Sheila.We were a mixed group visiting for pirelli rally,breakfast on the table at 6am.Very clean, nice rooms etc.Will book again next year.

A nice place to stay in CarlisleIdeal for a short break or to discover the area (incl Hadrian's Wall & Fort, Carlisle Castle etc). Warm welcome, nice clean rooms and very good breakfast!
