Great amenities, staff and look. Nothing at all. Great location, staff, rooms are beautiful andwould have no problem staying here or any other Omni if they are all like this one in San Francisco.

Staff was outstanding. Bob´s was bad for breakfast. Slow, not good, expensive. The Omni was terrific. The staff was the best ever. Really made our family feel welcome. Nice touches included morning juice, tea and newspapers at the room - afternoon apples and citrus water in the lobby.

Personalized service. Nothing. This was the best 4-star hotel we stayed in on our entire trip throughout Northern California. The staff is incredible and anyone who stays here will have a wonderful experience.

Free cookies and milk in the room for my kids. Limited recreational activities. Great place to stay for a night or two, especially over a weekend when it isn't busy. Very friendly staff.

Valet was pretty expensive considering there were self-parking garages a block away for half the price. My stay here at the omni was so wonderful! My husband and I arrived for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary and must say they fulfilled any needs I had! When we first arrived, we were greeted by several men who welcomed us and told us where to go. Carmen at the front desk was extremely helpful about their hotel restaurant and told me that my request for a king sized bed on a high floor had been all set which was awesome! The rooms were so comfortable yet had some flair to it! The bathrooms were surprisingly big and had some great toiletries! My husband pointed out to me that the housekeeping left a handwritten note, welcoming us, which was very thoughtful to hand write! I did have the opportunity to go work out in their gym, which was fully loaded! Had bottled water, towels, and fruit available (self-serve) for your workout and their equipment is very new and not withered. Not busy at all and was pretty big for a hotel gym! I really enjoyed! We were in and out of the hotel the entire weekend, but every time we left or entered, someone was always there to greet us!

I loved the lobby and public spaces. Cost of the parking. The omni is a beautiful hotel with many amenities that I would recommend for business travelers, leisure travelers and couples. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways were bright and the rooms were tastefully decorated. It is located within walking distance to many of san Francisco¿s major attractions and right on the cable car line. I will recommend the omni to others.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The location in the financial district was a little out of the way from restaurants. Very clean, upscale and comfortable rooms. Personnel were professional, friendly and available to answer questions. The guest room was large and well stocked with all that a traveler needs.

This is a very nice hotel and I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. My one issue was that I had requested a non-smoking room, which they couldn't accommodate (in fairness they did not guarantee that the could accommodate guest preferences). The room had the smell of using some kind of product to cover up smoke. I called the front desk, and the staff person said that there were no available rooms to which I could move. They did send someone to "ionize" the room, a process which took about 45 minutes and during which I had to leave the room. It smelled better for a little while but then the odor returned.

Beautiful, clean and friendly staff. I was on the fourth floor front side. There was noise from the cable cars and whistles for cabs. Guests were loud in the hall during the nights. The hotel was wonderful, and I would stay there again for sure. I would request a room on a higher floor because of the street noise.

Great location. Really feel like you're in the middle of the forest. Limited restaurant choices in hotel. I liked it a lot and would go back anytime. Friendly staff, great location, cleans, comfortable.

Excellent service! Definitely a four star hotel. The hotel does not have a pool area but I guess the services overcomes anything the hotel may not have. The service in this hotel is out of this world. All employees will go the extra mile to accommodate your request no matte how strange the request is if there is a possibility for them to do it be confident you will get it fast. The room are a good size the decor is very elegant and very friendly staff.

The Omni was a wondeful hotel. The staff was very helpful, from an easy early check in (after a 10 hour flight from Seoul this was so very very appreciated!), to directions to local sights and assistance with using the BART. The room was very nice as well, far more spacious and comfortable than the room I had in the Grand Hyatt on my last trip to the Bay Area. Over all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet comfortable retreat in the heart of San Francisco.

We were really pickey about where we would be staying for our wedding and the Omni exceeded all expectations. We can't say enough about the front desk--all concierge staff which is a very smart idea. But, especially X who went out of his way to make our stay fabulous! He even met us at city hall as we arrived for our ceremony to give us a beautifully written note honoring our momentous occasion! The facility was very nice and the room upgrade was terrific, but the PEOPLE are what really make this place special. We are already planning our first anniversary trip back.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. EVERYONE there added value. From the door men who greeted you upon arrival each day with 'Welcome back Ladies' to the people working at the front desk who gave suggestions on everything from shopping to city tours. The rooms were huge with a decent view. The beds were heavenly, never have I slept so soundly in a hotel room. Tthe marble in the bathroom provided an extra level of luxury. The hotel is sits in a central location. It's a stop on the California trolley line and walking distance from China Town. It's an uphill walk to Union Square so I definitely suggest the trolley. I can not say enough great things about this hotel. It was DEFINITELY worth the money and I plan to return. Don't for get to register on their website for little extras during your stay.

I travel to SF about once a month on business and always make a point to stay at the Omni. And I'm never disappointed! This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are always very friendly and eager to please. I once went by the business center to print my boarding pass (for free I might add) and it was full. I must have had a sour look on my face because the lady at the front desk offered to print my boarding pass without me evening having to ask. I appreciate that they remember me and call me by name. Food is good and location very convenient for my business. Highly recommend.

The ambiance, decor and friendliness of the staff. Nothing comes to mind. This is a fine hotel, well located in S.F. (close to Market Street, the Embarcadero, Union Square and the Metro) with competent and friendly staff. The rooms are well designed with adequate storage. The decor of the hotel is attractive.

Friendliness. Nothing. This has got to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff - all staffs were super friendly, helpful, and pleasant at all times. Hotel was spotless, bed comfy, good location, and they even surprised me with birthday treats. Incredible stay!

Great and friendly staff! No shuttle from hotel but they arranged for us to get one pretty easily. This hotel was excellent! They was very helpful when we had a medical emergency and very hospitable since it was my birthday. Would recommend and stay again.

Very friendly and attentive staff, deluxe accommodations. No pool, bar could be bigger, outdoor patio area. Definitely an award-winner. Each staff member treated me like they knew me.

The staff was eager to please and help out in any way. They were courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make sure our weekend was special! I have no complaints at all. The hotel is in an ideal location for the weekend leisure traveler! We walked to North Beach, Fisherman's wharf and to Union Square with ease. Our room was luscious! The ambiance was heartwarming; the staff was gracious, friendly and completely went out of their way to be helpful.

Staff was great. Location, no bars, shops or places to eat near by. I stay in San Francisco 15-20 times a year and I would stay at this hotel again just be ready to use cabs or cable car.
