The Omni Majestic Hotel is approximately 13 miles from St. Louis International Airport in downtown St. Louis. This National Register hotel features a European style with mahogany furnishings and period pieces. Hotel facilities include a fitness room, laundry room, business center, and meeting rooms. Services include the Omni Kids Program, complimentary shuttle service within the downtown area, valet parking, and concierge. In-room exercise equipment is available at the front desk. The Mahogany Grille serves American cuisine and Mahogany Lounge offers nightly happy hour specials and weekly jazz entertainment. Guestroom dining is also available. The hotel is three blocks from Busch Stadium and Edward Jones Dome. The Savvis Center is five blocks away. The Gateway Arch is eight blocks away and the Anheuser-Busch Brewery is just a short drive from the hotel. The Omni offers visitors 91 guestrooms and suites. Room features include cable television with in-room movies, coffeemaker, dual-line telephone with dataport and voicemail, fully stocked refreshment center, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, bathrobes, radio alarm clock, refrigerator (on request). Handicapped-accessible rooms and non-smoking rooms are available upon request. Get Fit Guestrooms feature a portable treadmill, Get Fit Kit, and healthy snacks in the refreshment center.

The manager on duty tried to make things right, but was unable. The cleanliness, cost of parking, no follow through on things by hotel. We checked into the hotel on a Sunday. No bellman, or valet even though parking was $14 a day. Room was dirty, due to allergies we called before and requested no feathers, but the feather pillows and comforter were stacked in the closet eliminating our closet space. Called beforehand for Omni Kids Pack. Was not in room when we arrived. Called before about pool. Told they had a gentlemans agreement with Holiday Inn. Arrived and was told they did not. The poor MOD was bombarded with all these problems on a Sunday Night. He offered us dinner and breakfast passes (which we should have gotten anyway). For a hotel that tries to project a classy image, we were thoroughly unsatisfied.

The setup and decor of the hotel. Somewhat of a limited fitness and no pool. A classic cozy hotel, with a friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the extra comfortable beds and the size of our hotel room.

It was small and not very crowded. The staff was very nice. I did not like the parking. It was valet only and we like to park our own vehicle. The hotel had a very historic feel to it. It was furnished very nicely and had all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was well stocked with extra pillows and towels. The bed was as comfy as my own bed at home! I will plan to stay there again if I go to st. Louis in the future.

this was the best hotel stay i have ever experienced. the room was beautiful and very clean. the staff felt like lifelong friends. the breakfast buffet was first class and affordable. my wife and i love the omni majestic in st. louis

My fiance and I were impressed with the simple beauty of this hotel. The Staff in the lobby was very nice and down to earth. There was no wait for check-in, they already had everything ready before we arrived, keys made and all. Our king bedroom was larger than I imagined. There was ample space for everything. The only thing I found I didn't like was the bathroom was small. The toilet and tub were separate from the vanity and sink. The toilet was so close to the wall and the toilet paper holder was right next to toilet, there was barely enough space to fit on the potty. The bed was so amazingly comfy, words cannot describe. parking was the cheapest I have ever paid to stay downtown. We walked to Laclede's Landing and wandered around the streets looking at the beautiful buildings. We were close to many restaurants and activities.

I would not recommend this hotel! Issues with service started the moment we entered the hotel. No one was available to valet our car. This is a forced valet so we weren't just being lazy. Check-in took an unreasonable amount of time. They were very, very confused because I had made one night of my reservation online and another directly through the hotel. I did this because we unexpectedly needed to stay an additional night. They continuously kept calling our room because they thought we were supposed to check out but then they would call back saying to ignore the last call. The room was fine. Very small bathroom. The bed was very close to the door so you heard the hallway noises constantly. My biggest complaint was that on our second night, our car was BROKEN INTO on their 'secure' lot. Thankfully, one of the valets scared the person out of the car but there were damages to our vehicle that we had to get repaired. When I voiced my complaint, the front desk did not seem to care. The manager was more helpful and I got my stay for free. I was not trying to get a free room but I had to spend money more than the stay to repair my car. Overall, avoid this hotel!!

My most recent stay was my third at this hotel. Each time has been better than the last. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The introduction of the continental breakfast -- new since my earlier trips -- is most welcome. And you don't just get a stale bagel and lousy coffee. This is a real "meal." The fitness room, while small -- and this is an older downtown hotel (although it's been updated) -- is clean and more than adequate. The location of the Omni is another great feature. Yes, I plan on stopping there again.

Don't be fooled ---There are no minibars in the room. The full service restaurant serves over priced bar food and was not open suring the day!! The room I reserved wasn't available and the one I got had dirty sheets and double beds! The restaurant was cold and I was told they ""couldn't do anything about it"". This IS NOT a luxury hotel. It was worse than most economy hotels I have stayed in.

Great staff, heavy attention to detail, super clean rooms. No swimming pool for kids. Great hotel. Do know that they have an additional $25/day for valet, but considering the other luxury hotels Downtown, that did not bother us. We'd stay again, just simply because we felt like we were family. I stay at 100+ hotels per year, and this rates as the top one this year!

Excellent service and great staff. No vending machines for drinks or snacks. Beautiful hotel and very nice room. Light breakfast buffet. Everything was sparkling clean and the staff was super attentive.
