The people at the front desk were excellent. Everything was excellent. I didn't let the glitch in the restaurant affect our stay. The room had an awesome view. The rest of the staff was excellent.

Beautiful hotel; excellent service Wireless internet service is poor; but at least they offer it for free Located in the heart of Las Colinas, this hotel is the defininition of a 4-star hotel. The beautiful lobby and surroundings, are a breathtaking introduction to the well appointed guest rooms. The courtious staff make you feel you are a welcomed guest.

The TVs are very old and noisy, should upgrade immediately. Hotel was very nice does not offer dining for the family unless they eat in the lounge should offer a medium level rest. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic.

The place was amazing for the price that they charge. They could have charged al ot more. It is quite beautiful and has all the extras you could ask for. The bed was amazing and I didn't want to get up.

We stayed at the Omni for a romantic getaway! I registered at the Omni website for their rewards program, it stored all of my preferences, which my room properly reflected. When I reserved my room I requested an upgrade at no cost if one was available, it was! Upon check in we were put into a suite on an upper floor of the hotel with a FABULOUS view. The suite was gorgeous! The staff was so cordial and helpful! When it was time for turn down service we got cookies and milk! We did try to go to Trevi's but it seemed expensive for not many menu choices so we passed. The front desk helped us with some other choices in the area. We got a late check out (5:00 p.m.) because it was a Sunday! That was fantastic and completely unheard of in the industry! The hotel was clean and wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend and would go again in a heartbeat! I wish I were there RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!! We loved it!

Stayed in room 1711, room was clean and the view was GREAT!!!...Pillows was a little to soft for me, and tub drain slow. Trevino resturant breakfast buffet was outstanding. The lounge served good quality drinks...thx X ..Would recommend to all when they are in town...

I stay here every time I come to north Dallas - other places are closer, but Omni has never let me down. Restaurant is much better than most hotels'. Service is always excellent. The M-Bar even has a good selection of scotch.

Outstanding hotel staff! Nothing. Omni Mandalay Las Colinas is a hidden gem that is conveniently located to the entire dfw metroplex with service that would be on par with a five star hotel world wide! I was expecting much less and was amazed with the no intrusive, highly professional staff. The omni Mandalay Las Colinas knows what customer service is all about! You will not be disappointed!

Where a person sleeps, a person lives. This would make a great place to live. We found the room great. Great bed. Very clean. Restaurant had minimal selection of food and was too expensive. Pre ordering champagne and strawberries was a great idea on my behalf. They had them waiting in the room when I got there and it was reasonably priced at 48$.

The view of the river from our room and the pool. The location of the hotel was not convenient. This hotel is very much like a resort. It sits on a river. The facility is very, nice. The view from the hotel room at night was just beautiful. The pool and playground are right next to the river. The hotel has a ramp for the swans and ducks to come out of the water and a covered shelter for them. This was a wonderful experience.

Large and comfortable room. Nice pool and health club. Housekeeping did not come until after 6 PM. Small TV. Very nice rooms and elegant lobby. Extremely kid friendly. Hotel staff very accommodating.

The comfort and the luxury of the hotel at a price we could afford. Not enough parking spaces for larger vehicles. My husband and I stayed with another couple and were astounded at how beautiful and how comfortable the hotel rooms and facilities were. The staff was courteous and helpful. The pool was nice and relaxing as well as the hot tub. We had no complaints.
