Great location near Boston Common, Boston Public Garden, Freedom Trail, and Beacon Hill. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Room was nice and clean. The room was not very big and the layout a bit odd, but considering I was in the room to sleep, shower and change my clothes, it was not a problem. I would definitely stay at this hotel should I return to Boston.

This was the most perfect hotel and the best location! We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms beautiful, and the beds were super comfortable especially after a day of walking. Great place, close to everything.

I was amazed of how small the rooms were could not hold two people comfortable and I had three in my party. The bathroom was in a corner of the very small room. Only one person at a time could barly fit in the bathroom. The room did not look or feel clean. Staff very helpful .

My wife and T stayed 2 nights, mid-week. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 2 examples: on check-in, scheduled room wasn't ready - we were offered another with the chance to look at both before deciding; had a problem with wi-fi connection - tech was there within 5 min to fix. King room comfy, if a bit small; we didn't spend our Boston time in the room. Lots of pubs in the area with good food. Great location - 1 block from Gov Ctr T sta, 2 from State St. Easy walk to Aquarium, Quincy Mkt and Common. Last Hurrah bar in lobby was a good place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Hotel has JFK history and is on Freedom Trail. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Deals can be had on room rates.

the ONLY thing going for this hotel was the location...apparently Jackie and JFK got engaged here and it is old(150 years) but hard to care about that when the place is VERY noisy and the mattresses are terrible...could not sleep. Close to lots of attractions and 2 different "T" stations, some great restaurants.

Room was very small, not comfortable for 2 people. I couldn't stand in the bathroom and shut the door, I had to squeeze behind the toilet. No privacy and no room to put toiletries or personal items. Forget it if I had to use a blow dryer and curling iron ! Didn't ask for a new room, since we were only staying 2 nights. First morning went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Terrible buffet at a cost of $50.00. Very disappointed. Staff was extremely friendly, absolutely no complaints about the staff. Came back from the Red Sox game and couldn't find a restaurant with an open kitchen. We were told by the bar maid to order room service - there's no place to eat it in the room !! This was one af multiple trips to Boston and would not stay here again. If you want to see the beauty of Boston, stay at the waterfront.

Have stayed here before on business-came back on pleasure. Great location for walking to historic sites, North End, restaurants, the Common, etc. Restaurants and taverns in the Hotel are first rate. Nothing but an enjoyable stay!

The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. The room was incredibly small, particularly given the market price.

The Omni Parker Hotel was under reconstruction (which we did not know). The room was vast in height-we felt like little people, but not large in usable walking space. We felt the $38 per night valet parking was steep and we were not notified of that increase in cost before going. If a woman was traveling alone, there would be serious concern about safety in regards to the room location we were assigned to-back in the further recesses of hotel The concierge was extremely helpful and gave us some good tips-especially the idea to see Shear Madness. That was a hoot! Compared to other hotels we stayed in, we would rate this low on the list for the money. I would recommend it to someone who likes to be in the middle of town, and not concerned with updated rooms and bathrooms.

Beautiful old world hotel, complete with extremely friendly and helpful staff; however, showing its age. While our room was lovely, the curtains were dusty and would not close so that we could block out the light. Frankly, they could have used a good cleaning. The beds were nicely made up, but the bed skirt on our bed was completely stained with spilled coffee. The carpet was stained too, and was torn up. Our air/heating unit was on the fritz. My sister-in-law's room had a trick toilet that kept overflowing. We had a full length mirror, but she did not. This is not an inexpensive hotel, and I feel that it should be better maintained, given the cost.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. They gave us a free upgrade from a traditional to a deluxe room. Expensive food menu, not a great selection of food items. Business center was expensive. No pool or hot tub. The Omni Parker House was a excellent hotel. It is well decorated and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. They have done a great job of preserving the historical look of the hotel.

Old world historic charm. Lovely historic older property with a lot of charm and elegant public spaces. Nicely appointed suite but with limited views at least for our suite. The service was excellent.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see and do in Boston. It was close to many restaurants as well. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The food at the Parker restaurant was excellent. The Last Hurrah was not serving food, only cocktails, and we didn't know why?

Location great, decor great, luxury great, classy help and good, food excellent. Our room was very small, well decorated but small. We could do it again, but definitely taken aback by size. As long as you are not planning on staying in the room for any great length of time this location and facility is great. We had a perfect weekend.

It had a great location in the city. Our room was too small. I had a room with two double beds and there was no space to move around or put anything. We found ourselves crawling on the beds just to get around. They should have had another room (bigger) for two double beds.

The room was beautiful and the bed was most comfortable ever slept in. Decor a little out of date in lobby (carpeting). The hotel was conveniently located downtown in the heart of Boston. The room, although small, was very comfortable and modern. The bed was absolutely perfect. My only regret is not being able to stay longer!

location-right on the Freedom Trail in Downtown Boston. No pool, hot tub. Beautiful. The new renovation appeared to be faithful to the time period in which it was built. The location, between Fanuiel Hall and Boston Commons is excellent.

The decor and the staff were excellent. No WiFi in the room? Please this 2009. Overall a wonderful stay if I had been just hanging out. Business traveling in this hotel is a challenge. They charge you an arm and leg for the internet/printer 6.95 per 15 minutes!! WiFi in the lobby you have to drag all of your stuff downstairs and sit in these formal chairs. No late night working in your Pj's in the safety of your room here!

Everything is within walking distance from this historic hotel. Setting was old-fashioned elegance; beds were great. Had a deluxe room with two beds and while not huge the room was more than adequate. Staff congenial & helpful.

Location, comfort of the bed and ability to control AC. Nothing. Courteous, friendly staff and a central location within walking distance to business, cultural and tourist venues made this a very hotel a very good choice.
