Guests are kindly advised on the annual closure of pool, sauna & steam room from Jan 3-18, 2010 due to maintenance works. There will be no noise disturbance during this time and alternative arrangements have been made at a nearby pool. From 1 September 2010, smoking will not be permitted in any of the hotels bedrooms or suites. Should this policy not be observed, we will ensure that the room is fresh and pleasant for arriving guests by taking the room out of service for 24 hours for a deep clean. A charge equivalent to one extra night will be added to your bill to allow for this.

The hotel more than met our expectations, the rooms were very spacious clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definately stay there again, probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We would recomend it to anyone. Location was excellent

Perfect location for Theatreland & the Southbank. Impeciable service, with the customer not having to request anything. Attention to detail was perfect.

Staff were very helpfull and friendly, the location was in the centre ot theatre land and close to areas for a great days shopping. I will stay again when next visiting london.i would recomend this hotel for either pleasure or business.

Outstanding hotel, very attentive staff. The room was outstanding - perhaps the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Not sure I'd pay the full rate but it felt the right value at the LateRooms rate. Breakfast was expensive but outstandingly good.The staff were excellent - we had forgotten our theatre tickets when we arrived but the concierge (Pablo) immediately got on the case for us and organised new tickets without any fuss. My wife loved her spa treatments and the gym, swimming pool and sauna surpassed expectations - usually they are cramped, especially in Central London, however these were astonishingly spacious, clean and well equipped.

Fantastic service , beautifully designed , surprisingly quiet for london, comfortable beds , lovely pre/post dinner and at £16.99 great value , really really loved our stay with kids left home . I couldnt imagine our 3 kids here , hence the low score for family friendly , and I didnt see any either. rather expensive at £375. In terms of our stay I would have liked tea/coffe making facility in the bedroom . Other than that the hotel deserves to be in the top 100 small hotels in the world .
