Good hotel with spacious and well equiped rooms. Impressive views across the river to the Bund. Line 2 underground station is five minutes walk away which makes the hotel ideal for exploring shanghai's central atractions. Would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore Shanghai and it's surrounds

Very good location. Fantastic view facing the Bund. Or take a few minutes walk to the river front to enjoy the breeze. Oriental Pearl Tower, up market shopping & dinner is just a 5-10 mins walk. Financial distrist is also nearby. Staff are very helpful, always serve with friendly smile.. Flexible in arragement. Will stay here again.

3 Star is better rating of this hotel. Lacks customer service & does not appreciate customer loyalty. ""Tired"" flooring, black mold in bathrooms and musty smell is not appealing. Shanghai is a great city - recommend other hotels in or near this location. Won't stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it.
