I chose Pacific Club because of good reviews in other sites and great low rates. I was pleasantly surprised to get more than I bargained for. Even though it's a small place (40 rooms I think), they have all the amenities of a full size resort on a slightly smaller scale. But also, prices for everything were on a smaller scale. Everything worked good, including the Wi-Fi and private cable TV system. Food was great and reasonably priced. The pool on the roof was spectacular. I'd seen complaints about the condos under construction below Pacific, but they were practically done when I was there. Mostly everything was great, but it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. And best of all, the staff were really friendly although a little bit rough on speaking English.
