Room is very clean and nice. Service from staff is good. No fan in the separated washroom. This hotel is very luxurious (starting from the lobby to the room). The bed is very comfortable. The service from staff is good. The air quality in the casino is good. I will stay in this hotel again.

Everything was first class. The Palazzo is beautiful. The rooms are the best in Vegas, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the location is great. First class all the way.

This is an awesome hotel. My wife and I received a great deal to stay here. The service was awesome. The room was VERY clean. The rooms and bathrooms are huge. By far, this is one of the best 5 star hotels we have stayed in.

We stayed for 8 nights. At 9 PM on the second night, we were called and abruptly moved to a new room (smaller, forcing the use of the sleeper sofa). The new room was crudy. There was dirty underwear on the closet floor (bra and panties). The shower has smelly crap on the floor. There were brown stains on the duvet. Maid service was spotty, consisting of making the bed except for one day out of eight. They tried to double charge our credit card. There were numerous phone charges, for most of which we had restaurant receipts during the same times. ( I suspect the maids were making the calls.) The staff was rude from managers on down.

The luxury suite was exquisite and very relaxing. The staff serving drinks at the pool were few and far between. Everything that I had expected of a five-star hotel was met at the Palazzo. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out the staff was friendly, and ready to help, even in a wind storm the pool was a great place to be. The shops were excellent and the restaurants were amazing.

Palazzo is a very luxurious place to stay in Las Vegas. The casino is ventilated very well, there isn't too much smoke in the air. The maintenance crew is very timely for such a big hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. It's definately a pleasant stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the basic room, which was gorgeous! It had 3 flat screen tv's! Also, we dined at Morel's Steakhouse which was phenomenal. A little pricey but definitely worth it. We were waited on hand and foot and I definitely recommend a visit from the Cheesemonger as he recommended some excellent things. Also, this hotel smells awesome, which sounds weird but it really does. The casino is beautiful. The only semi negative thing is it is not directly centered in the strip, but it is very close to the huge Fashion Place Mall. Would definitely stay here again before they raise their rates because right now it is affordable.

Our second room was very nice overlooking the strip. The staff was pleasant and friendly but things were not done efficiently. It took an hour to get our luggage delivered to the room after our arrival. We made three phone calls and were told that it was on its way each time. The guy then tried to give us the wrong suitcases. It is very clean and we liked the second room.

The Palazzo, in today's market, offers very nice suites, large, well appointed and comfortable. The mini-bar is a bit of a hassle, move a bottle and you get charged, so don't try to put your own beverages or left overs in it!

The Palazzo is a beautiful hotel. I paid extra for the room with a view and its well worth it. I was on the 47th floor and had a spectacular view of the strip. There are no hotels blocking your view at that height. The rooms are quite large and everything is brand new. I highly recommend paying the premium for this hotel.

The Palazzo Resort is truly a first class resort. The entire complex is gorgeous. The rooms are terrific with three large areas within each all with their own flat screens so you never miss a thing.

We enjoyed are stay at the grooviest pad on the strip. Rooms are really mod and happanin in 60's kind of a way if you know what I am saying. Real retro bohemian look to the place. It is like you are at sea world and not at all like a las vegas hotel. Real class all the way. They have reallly nice towels. -

My friend and I stayed here shortly after it opened. We bought our room through a disccounter, but were given a room with a great view. The rooms are spacious and updated, but it doesn't do any good if you can't sleep in them! Every single night we were there, we had to call security because the room next door to ours had 5 girls partying in it. I'd expect this at 11 PM, not 2 AM. We could hear every word they were saying, and they weren't even yelling. You can also hear any conversations people have as they walk down the halls--the soundproofing is TERRIBLE!. The last night, I called security 4 times because college kids kept coming to the adjacent door banging to get into the party room. Security never showed up. My friend and I got NO SLEEP the last night because the banging went on until 5 AM. At checkout, I spoke with a manager and the head of security. They could see the logged calls to security, but couldn't explain why nothing had been done. I was promised "they'd look into it", but I'm still waiting to hear 3 months later! The pool is a joke--Palazzo's pool was open, it just connects to the Venetian, and they are sadly short on deck chairs. I usually stay at Bellagio, and that's where I'm going back. The service at Palazzo is terrible, no matter what deal you get!

The Palazzo was outstanding in all aspects. The size of the suite, the three flat screen TVs (one in the bathroom), the separate dressing table and fresh orchid in the marble bath were just a few of many amenities. With so many varied restraunts inside the hotel, there was no need to search elsewhere for a place to dine.

We got a fantastic view of the strip! The girl, who checked us in, was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was a great size and there was plenty of room for my 2 year old to run around and play. This was one of the best stays we have had in Vegas! We will definitely stay here again.

The only trouble I had was with getting the housekeeping/maintenance staff to fix a light switch in the room. When they came to fix it (and I was not in the room at the time), they fixed the wrong thing. Also, when I checked out, I was told I could have the room until 1pm but when I went to the room to shower, the room had already been cleaned because the housekeeping staff was not told about this.

Our hotel room was gorgeous and very clean. The layout of the room with the step down livng area was awesome. Our two kids had plenty of room to run around. The bathroom was beautiful as well. My wife and I have stayed at the Bellagio before and loved it, but after staying at the Palazzo, we have a new favorite place to stay. It has a lot more square footage than the rooms at the Bellagio and cheaper. My only complaint about this place was the number of times we called for more towels. There were only two big towels in the bathroom which is obviously not enough for a family of four. When I spoke to the front desk, I was told they were 3hours behind with their guest. After an hour later, my wife called and chewed them out stating how we've been traveling all day and all we want to do is freshen up so we can go to bed. They were courteous and understanding and shortly had the towels delivered. Aside the towel incident, we really liked this place and will stay again.

The Palazzo is one of the newest Hotels on the strip. It's nicely located. It has everything your would expect from a Casino/Hotel of this price level. The rooms are very nice. The gambling floor is small, well lit and not cramp, opposite from the old-time casinos. They even have non-smoking designated areas (even if people ignore them). The only problems I had with them involved contact with the front desk. They were extremely slow. Calling the front desk meant a minimum 10 minute wait on hold. Visiting the front desk meant anywhere from 10 to 30 minute wait. Requesting items from Housekeeping was an hour long wait. I am happy overall with my stay but the hassle of any dealings with Palazzo personnel makes me hesitant to return.

The Palazzo is definitely a 5-star hotel. The lobby is stunning and the property is beautiful. The property is more focused on the hotel stay, dining and shopping - the casino was secondary. The room (premium suite) was huge and very well appointed. The Palazzo would be high on my list for a return trip to Las Vegas.

Our check-in process was horrible. We tried to check-in at 3pm and they told us we didn't have a room and they didn't know when one would be available. Unfortunately, the phone call about the room's availability wasn't until after 7pm, but by that time we were on our way to the show for which we had tickets. So we didn't get into the room until after midnight dressed in the same clothes we flew in. The excuse for not having a room available? They were completely booked the night before and granted late checkout without having the appropriate amount of housekeeping staff to keep up with the demand. To apologize for the error they gave us $15 to play in the casino. Oh, but we needed a room number to use it- which we didn't have! They opened in Dec 07, so it was odd that 3 months later they still had opening day issues such as these, but they certainly do. When we finally saw the rooms they were great! It was quite spacious and with 3 flat screen TVs (including one in the bathroom). One caveat, the hotel doors don't close completely and lock without a bit of effort. Palazzo knows that's an issue because they called us early in the morning to tell us that security found our door not completely shut. The call was to ask if we wanted them to close it. After a quick yes please! we knew that this place still has some notable kinks that need to be worked out.

Palazzo is an amazing hotel. We only left the hotel and surrounding facility twice and that was to see shows ( "O" & "KA" ) at other hotels. Everything you could possibly want or need is just a short walk away. The hotel restaurants were outstanding. Dos Caminos (Mexican) was delicious and the setting super elegant. Zine noodle bar again very elegant and a great place if you like Pho. I thought the Grand Lux Cafe was so so for breakfast. I had the buffet, pretty basic. The rooms are very safe and secure. You must pass a security guard 24hrs/day and show your room key just to get the the elevators. Once inside your surrounded with Luxury. We were in a Siena Suite 1280sqft. We had way more than enough room for the two of us. All very nice, but one thing that I enjoyed was the electric blinds and curtains w/remote. :) If you don't already know, you can use all of the 8 or so pools between Palazzo and Venetian. If your down with Hot Bodies and Club Beats you gotta hit Tao Beach at the Venetian. Have fun.

Just stayed at the Palazzo over Thanksgiving weekend. Purchased the Conciege suite package which included limo transportation, conciege checkin, free top shelf drinks 5-9pm, free breakfast and other amenities. Had a wonderful time. Room was clean, well decorated, very large, nice bathroom with tub, shower, double sinks and seperate toilet. Maid service was excellent. Canyon Ranch spa was very nice and accommidating according to my wife. She had two different massages and a manicure. Hotel is very conviently located next to the Wynn and connected to the Venetian. Cafe Lux Restaurant was nice and affordable, about the only place affordable. Would definately stay here again.

We loved this hotel. We had a beautiful suite with a soft and plush bed. The most important thing to us was the peace and quiet. Keep in mind that this hotel is located across the street from Treasure Island so we asked to stay at the back of the hotel. If you don't want to hear cannons go off at twelve in the morning this is my suggestion. We had this awful experience when we stayed at the Wynn.In another words don't get a room on The Strip. The bathroom was fantastic with a seperate vanity for makeup. Perfect layout. Can't wait to stay again.

Construction of a new hotel going on directly in front of the Venetian so it obstructs the views. We paid for a Venetian room with an upgrade and were "sold into" a better room at the Palazzo which is a huge distance from the Venetian where the poker room and activities are happening. LAVO nightclub was great! Music was a great mix of old school for us and hip-hop for the younger crowd. You can sit at a table for free until someone BUYS it. LAVO lounge was a great place for drinks, and has a DJ a few hours before LAVO opens. DO NOT pay the extra for the concierge level at either Venetian or Palazzo. Breakfast consisted of a little fruit, cereal or 3 types of pastries. From 5:00 to 7:00 there are supposed to be appetizers and open bar, so, expect one cheese tray (that was empty when we arrrived) and a few assorted fruit& vegies. Not Worth It!

Our stay at the Palazzo was fabulous. The rooms were beautiful, not to mention clean and comfortable. We had a room "without a view" but we thought the view was great; we could see a beautiul golf course and the mountains. The bathroom towels were large, soft and clean. The provided robes were great. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The curtains kept the light out very well so we could sleep late. Our room was very quiet and we rarely heard any noise from the hallway. The hotel staff was all very friendly. The casino was great. It is still new and does not smell like smoke at all (and they have a smoke free corridor). The drink service was pretty good at the slots. There was a good selection of games, including penny and nickle slots. The Grand Lux Cafe was delicious and reasonably priced (there is also a Grand Lux Cafe in the Venetian, but the one in the Palazzo was the better of the two, I think). Also, the menu is huge. We would stay here again any time we get the chance!

Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was big and the view was excellent. Although Palazzo was opened to the public in Jan 2008, the room decoration looked not so new as expected, especially the doors. The Venetian Hotel in Macau was much older than Palazzo Las Vegas, but furniture in Venetian looked more high class for similar price range. In addition, the drink in the fridge had no price list. I was impressed by the remote control of the window shade and drapery. Overall, the hotel is excellent.

I was in town for a Software Convention, and stayed at the Palazzo. Location on the Vegas strip is great. The Palazzo is in an area of the strip that does not have a lot of construction happening and the views out of my 28th floor room overlooking the Wynn golf course was great. I also enjoyed the easy walking both inside and outside of the resort. I did not feel to crowded or insecure due to beggars on the streets. I felt safe at all times.
