The room was clean however did have a damp smell. Also, the room is in darkness all day as there is only a small frosted window that only opens a jar.Take care when following the advice on the information page regarding travel from the airport. I called to book and was advised that a private car is the best way to travel and the cost was 65 euro, I didn't book and was later advised at the hotel that the cost is 55 euro! Licensed taxis from the airport to anywhere within the city walls is a standard 30 euro, which we used both ways.

We originally booked into the Pantheon3E, but on arrival at the Hotel Abruzzi (where you need to check in for Pantheon3E) we were advised we had been upgraded to the Hotel, rather than the apartment, which was great. The room was small, but more than enough for the two of us and the facilities were superb. The Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and all spoke English very well. Our room overlooked the Pantheon and the central location was excellent for sightseeing. Could not recommend this hotel any more, it was superb.

FANTASTIC!!We stayed in the luxury room with Pantheon view.......absolutely amazing to wake up to that view. Room was brilliant, very spacious, huge bed, clean and the maid came everyday. Cost is worth the location. Breakfast is continental rolls, eaten in a restaurant facing the Pantheon which is suprisingly filling. Would definately stay again.

Other than a little difficulty finding the place, it was great! The room was clean, small but cute, comfortable, and quiet. It looks like it was recently renovated. Breakfast-basic but good- was served at a little cafe across the street with a view overlooking the Pantheon!
