Stayed in an exterior room in this expensive hotel. Very noisy all night. Could not sleep. Witnessed two beatings at 6 and 7 am

My daughter and I recently stayed for the weekend..it was perfect. Literally right in the middle of the Champs de Lysee....great security, clean, helpful staff..would definitely stay here again.

I met my boyfriend in Paris for my birthday and the airline lost my luggage. The concierge at the hotel went out of his way to track my luggage and get it to me as soon as humanly possible. The location could not have been better. We were in the heart of everything. We were able to walk to the Arc, the Eiffel Tower and many wonderful restaurants. The rooms were incredibly clean and the bed the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to the pickiest traveler. The staff, location, cleanliness, comfort and decor were amazing. When we entered our room after dinner on my birthday, there was a birthday cake and a beautiful flower arrangement! Last but not least...the bathroom was huge and the tub was big enough for my long legs!
