Very friendly, convenient and easily accessible. Cooking staff smoking in restaraunt just prior to opening. Very friendly people and no problems finding the hotel. Hotel food was good and everything was reasonably priced.

Not a large double room but didnt expect such. Comfortable, warm and clean and fine for overnight between activities.Breakfast more than i expected with continental, and also bacon and eggs available on the buffet style, no problems eating as much as you wanted, same with the coffee.friendly staff, happy to help.

The Park International Hotel in London was a very satisfying place to stay. The staff made us feel important and well taken care of. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the bed comfortable. When we went out the staff provided us with super resturants and exciting places to visit. Breakfast was served in a charming room with a view and the selection of foods was very acceptable. Coffee was good! I was sad to leave. We love staying in the Kensington area, we have visited there often and would definitly go back to this hotel.

Value for moneyI'm not sure what the usual price is for this hotel but for a business trip, booking with late rooms, I would say that it was great value. My room was small and a little dated but clean & comfortable.

Be extremely light when checking into this hotel. The main entrance of the hotel opens on the road which is a red zone in london. So forget about coming with heavy luggage, since it has to be carried from a fair amount of distance where the taxi can be parked. The summer period is the peak period for london, nevertheless the the room provided to me definitely did not provide the value for the money. The dingy room, located below ground floor (you can hear sound of footsteps in the street and cars running coming from above), with a broken television but working, a small screaping bed which can easily throw a person down while asleep, the door of the washroom opening only by 45 degrees out of which 20 degrees of the opening was blocked by the washbasin, and torn towels stacked on the easing pot. A nightmare for me cannot be worst than this.

The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished. Good size lifts to all floors. Very good breakfast to set you up for a day of visiting tourist attractions, theatres etc. all easily reached by bus or underground. The staff are very friendly, curteous and helpful. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to London. We highly recommend this hotel.

I have been staying here twice a year for several years. Very nice gym close by. Close to the tube system. Great friendly people.

The location is very nice, personel is friendly, breakfast is OK. Toilets are really horrible, do not really work the way we are all used to. But the worst thing is that they claim they have a fitness center but actually they don't! They just lie in the add to attract more travelers.

The hotel was nice but the room was smaller than we thought it would be. When we got there, the people were very helpful. But everything seems to cost money there (have to pay 1 pounds for each luggage left there after check out since the check out time was 11 AM but our flight was at 4 PM). The bathtub didn't drain well, so we ended up standing in the water raised above our ankle while showering. The toilet took forever to flush. The fridge didn't work. The trouser presser took very long time to take out wrinkles. The bed, though, was comfy. The room was cleaned properly. Breakfast was nice. The location was very good: close to Glouster Road Tube station which let us go everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurant around the area wasn't as good as we thought it would be. I suggest go to Baywater station for food since it's not too far from the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous other times. I must say that the beds have improved by about 40% this visit - they used to be like concrete, now they're somewhat softer on my aging bones. The main appeal of this hotel is its close proximity to the tube station. There's a decent pub around the corner, a grocery and a drug store by the tube station, a nearby Americanized restaurant, and I have never felt unsafe walking alone in the neighborhood. Plus it's within easy walking distance of the V&A - a favorite of mine. I would discourage anyone from eating at any of the restaurants directly across Cromwell Road though. They leave a lot to be desired.

exceeded expectations I booked because of the reviews of this hotel but was still surprised at the value for money. The staff are really helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and I have stayed in much worse hotels for double the price. If you are looking for a mid range hotel you can't go wrong with this one. Our only complaint was that the bar didn't open until 4pm!

Hotel very convenient - near Piccadilly line, and close to Kensington museums . Our room was small, being on top floor, but clean, comfortable, and air conditioning worked. Had safe and fridge. Good breakfast, friendly staff. We found it a good, convenient base for a weekend trip.

The hotel was clean and friendly. However, we did get a wake up call when we did not want one for 6 am. The porter got the wrong room, I did not get an apologie for their mistake.

Having read previous reviews, about cleanliness, quality of food at breakfast etc, this prepared my guest & I for our stay. On the whole, we were very pleased with everything. The room was spacious, with everything working okay & if the view wasn't up to much (looked like a pigeon roost outside our window!) at least it was quiet. It was very handy having a fridge in the room & nice to have a choice of bath or shower, in bathroom. Some stains on carpet & bed cover but then it was white(!) but otherwise, clean enough.Staff, checking in & out were efficient; staff stocking up at breakfast time, very robust, if not rude - was about to pour myself some coffee but forced aside by a woman, with a tray of clean cups. Breakfast was adequate & continental side of it - crossaints, fruit & yogurt-very nice. Hot food was cold, or at best tepid but having prepared myself for this, not disappointed, just quietly accepting. All in all, though, a comfortable, quiet stay, close to tube & about 15minutes walk to Royal Albert Hall. We would stay again, at same rates, if we had to stay in the same area again.

The hotel is located in a fantastic part of London, just a few minutes walk from Gloucester Road Tube station and not too far by foot from High Street Kensington. The room and the hotel were both impeccably clean and well maintained. It was great.

I had a single room that was very narrow, but had everything I needed. I saw double rooms being cleaned that looked considerably more spacious, though I think they cost proportionately more.

Nice room, clean spacious warm.Staff foreign as is normally the case, not unfriendly but not over welcoming.Breakfast was a real bonus and could not be faulted. One really bad point was the £12.99 charge for internet use which is on a minimum 24hr basis and not great value to casual business travellers who may need the odd hour and particularly as it is not mentioned beforehand.

Hotel location excellent, bathroom quite new & very clean. Room a bit small but clean. There was no bar service or food available when we stayed - no bar staff & [they said] too many local restaurants to compete. Staff overworked but pleasant! Would stay again - overall good value and good location. Excellent breakfast made up for the lack of evening meal.

My wife, and son and daughter enjoyed our 2 night stay here and compared to other London Hotels at £119 per room with breakfast it was best value. There was quite air con in our rooms which were very nice, clean and of a comfortable size. The breakfast was decent including a serve yourself cooked breakfast although limited choice ie no bacon, or hash browns etc. The hotel is well situated only 200 metres from Gloucester tube and only a few stops from central London. We went to an investiture at Buckingham Palace, two half days at Wimbledon(payed on the day), a Wembley Stdium Tour, Afternoon Tea at the Dorchester ( a one off for us)and a night at the Comedy Store. Reception and longe very nice with free newspapers. Hotels cahrges you £1 per case?suit holder if you wish to leave your luggage for the day following 11am checkout.Plenty of restaurants, bars and food shops nearby. We stayed on the top floor (5th) which was nice and quite. Our taxi driver receive a parking ticket and he was only there for 2 min max( on a red line). Would say here again and would recommend to others. Buy a £5.50 all day tube ticket which is best value rather than £4 for every single tube ride.

This must have been the best value I have ever had on a London hotel room. Very convenient location, comfortable and clean room, perfectly adequate complimentary breakfast. I will stay here again.
