Good value for money with teh late Rooms offer - might be a touch expensive at normal rates. Great central location and staff were very friendly. Car parking was expensive at £15 a night and although valet if you don't book a pick up time it can take 40 mins to get the car.

As i was the booker on this hotel and had booked this as a present for my brothers wedding night , i personally did not rate the hotels policy on paying over the phone it was a complete shambles and would differently not do this again.It just made it stressful for my brother just before his wedding when we had to make alternate paying arrangements.

very good indeed and excellent value for money with the late rooms discount. There was a moment at the beginning when I wondered about the staff but they redeemed themselves and had probably had a very bad day. We will certainly stay there again and I will request 318 because it is lovely.

Good staff but average hotelsEven though we booked a superior room it didnt feel like it. The bed and furnishings were okay but the room was rather small. However the room was clean. However their were milk pots out of date and there were only a couple of brews worth of tea/coffee making facilities. The shower gel and shampoo were both almost empty in the bathroom.On the positives the hotel was stylish and quiet in your own room. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

the hotel was amazing but when we went to book in on the day of our stay late rooms had not booked our room or sent the booking confirmation to the hotel we felt a bit stupid due to them doing this. which with me using it for the first time i was disappointed.

Staff always available to help, excellent check in and depature times, room was a nice size and upto standard, very quiet when staying at the back of the hotel, no real noise from adjacent rooms with flushing toilets and slamming doors in the middle of the night etc, overall a very pleasant stay and will be booking again for a future stay.

Hotel was nice, we stayed in the executive room, but the booking did state it came with extras such as fresh fruit, wine, slippers, and more, but we did not see any of that! Other than that, the room was of a high quality, large room, and king size bed, much better than the travelodge equivalent (although it was twice the price), breakfast was very nice, and is served at good times in the morning (i.e not too early), staff were friendly, and the ice machine was just down the corridor. I would recommend this hotel if you want something a bit more fancy than the usual budget hotels, but it would have been nice to have had the
