Proximity to South Miami Beach is this hotel's saving grace. Facilities were nice enough for the price considering the location. No significant problems encountered.

Wonderful beach access, quality of room needs work, veryold and dirty looking. Its a shame its getting torn down.

The location of the hotel is great. The lobby was decent. However, the rooms were less than what I'm accustomed to for the price. The bedspread on one of the beds had cigarette burns eventhough we were in a non-smoking room. The furniture needed to be replaced because they were either stained or rickety. Housekeeping was sub par. I will not be staying at that particular location again.

The hotel is located perfectly on the beach - ammenities include free parking and beach chairs/towels where other beach hotels charge $20 - $30 each. Price gouging at Tiki Bar & below marginal gift shop. Paid $* after taxes for oceanview. Shop for better pricing or you'll make up for it somewhere else. Clean comfortable good location almost Cntrl S Beach Nice covered parking easy access to downtown & art deco Only Outback restaurant
