I can honestly say I have been to Vegas several times and have stayed in several hotels/resorts but by far this is the best. Great door service as well as front desk & room service. It made my Valentines Weekend every more enjoyable. This will defintely be the place my family & I will return too.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic. We stayed at this hotel due to a wedding on the 17th floor. What a wonderful setting to see out over the entire city on a beautiful evening. Our family could not have been treated any better. We miss placed a vase of flowers that was to go to a family member and the front desk staff assisted us in tracking it down and then went out of their way to get it and make sure it was in our possession. A big thank you to all the staff at the Platinum.

This is the perfect hotel for someone who doesn't mind taking cabs in Vegas and doens't want to be at a casino. The staff really pampers you, and the place is decorated serenely and is nice and quiet. The workout room was excellent, as was the spa. The pool was not overcrowded and the poolside service was excellent. I loved the balcony in my room and having a full kitchen including icemaker was fantastic. The hotel bars and restaurant were excellent. You'll need to take a cab up to the strip, costs about $. It is walkable, but its an ugly walk. You *can* walk to the Ballys casino (almost next door) and get the monorail there.
