The location of this Hotel is excellent. Very close to all major sites, and public transportation is nearby. The Hotel is very modern inside and my room was super clean, and well maintained. The staff was helpful and everyone at the Reception Desk spoke English. The Breakfast Buffet was very good, with many selections. One thing it did lack was a laundry room, something that is needed when traveiling. If you are interested in the many tours offered in Prague or nearby towns by various tour companies, you will have to ask at the reception desk but the staff helped me plenty with making arrangements. I can't speak for others who have stayed at the hotel, but I would highly recommend this hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.
