Located in the heart of the City Centre Northern Quarter, 2 minutes walk from the Printworks and Traingle. Suite Residence Manchester is a brand new four star complex of one and two bedroom apartments, fitted out to the highest speciification. Apartments have full kitchen facilities with all amenities, dining area, lounge, double bedrooms. Television, CD Player, Direct Dial Telephones and internet access. The Icon 25 is located within easy reach of the recently regenerated city centre with its vivacious cultural life. The apartments are close to the many sophisticated shops in the Deansgate, the Arndale Centre, Printworks and Triangle as well as Urbis �� the new museum of urban life. For travellers Piccadilly and Victoria railway stations are just a few minutes walk away, as is the new transport interchange. Manchester International Airport is 12 miles away making Premier Apartments Manchester the ideal location. For all bookings of 28 nights or more a compulsory deep clean will be carried out every 28 days. The cost for the deep clean is GBP50 per clean and will be added to the guest account.

Disappointinghave stayed in many manchester apartments, this was easliy the worst. great location but thats it, rooms arent particuarly modern, there were massive holes in my two towels, cig burns in the old carpet, just didnt feel clean, not what i would expect from a manchester apartment

I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to stay in Manchester. I would comment that when we checked in at 2:30pm, a room was not available but the staff were quite apologetic and a room was made available within about an hour. This gave us chance to try out the excellent cafe next door which we again returned to the following morning. Quality of the room was outstanding, couldn't have asked for anything more. Staff were friendly and were more than happy to arrange a taxi for us in the evening. Overall, very impressed.

Great Location.We really enjoyed our one night stay, the apartment was fab and had everything we needed. It was very close to the M.E.N arena and bars etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again, and would recommend these apartments.

Book with Premier appartments direct rather than going through late rooms - it would have been cheaper! Still very good value, perfect base to explore Manchester close to shops, sites of interest and trams i will definatly go back for another visit!

The Place Apartments set the benchmark in manchester of what an apartment should really be. This fell very short. The apartment had a no smoking sign but it had obvioulsy been home to a smoker for a few nights. Cigarette burns featured in the tops of most of the furniture. I could not clear the smell as the windows would not open to let air in.

Good for city visitGood choice of appt for city visit. Everything you need in appt. They were very busy when we checked in and only had one person on desk so a bit of a wait. My key card didn't work when we got bakc to room late in evening but within half an hour someone had come to let us in. Would stay again

Our mid week stay was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful with organizing taxis, directions and general info. The Apartment we stayed in was first class! The only negative was the electric pump for the toilet in my ensuite made a terrible racket in the middle of the night. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Within easy reach of Picadilly Station, shops, restaurant, & cinema, etc.. Very friendly, helpful guy on the desk talked us through keycodes, etc. Parking available but didn't need this time. Able to leave luggage in collection room after checking out until later in the day. Would definitely stay again.

A few customers had problems checking in as the card machine would not swipe anyone's card - so we all had to get cash for security deposit. Receptionist was very apologetic but it did mean a bit of hassle checking in. Otherwise room, location and everything else was really good.

I stay here quite regularly, for business and leisure and always find the rooms clean and well stocked. I asked for a room on the inside of the building, with a balcony and got what I asked for which I consider good customer service.

Not the easiest car park to find, was excellent location for me personally, but the room was not as clean as i was expecting.
