Andrew at premier apartments was so helpful, the apartments are great. We had 2 2 bed penthouses and one 2 bed apartment. Fab location, stone's throw from pubs, bars and clubs!!!!!! 13 of us and we all had a good stay. Verity PS car parking underneath is really handy to!!!!

Ice HouseThis is a good alternative to a normal hotel as you have plenty of freedom to do what you want.

Consistently good.I've stayed here a number of times and have not been let down once. Much nicer than their other site in Birmingham. Great for central Notts and my favourite tapas place - da nada.

This apartment hotel always feels good value. This time the attention to detail of cleanliness could have been better. Otherwise pretty good.

We found the hotel using our sat nav with no problem. Were made very welcome and given all the info we needed. The secure car park is essential as there would be nowhere else to park and the apartment was large, well equipped, light and airy. We were going to a concert at the arena and could see the entrance from our bed so saw when the queue was short and went then! Only stayed one night so didn't make much use of the kitchen but it was lovely to relax on the comfy sofas and the free safe was a bonus. Walked into town late at night for a drink - took 2 minutes to the centre of town. I could find no fault with the accommodation or the location. We would definitely use this aparthotel again.

Would always book this type of accomodation over a hotel in future. Our apartment was spacious, clean ,private and gave us so much flexibility. Having one of the double rooms a twin room was really helpful and would suggest you try and offer this option on web site if poss.Girls on reception were very helpful .They play a key role in making these bookings work and should have every backup . The success of the enterprise seems to rest with them and the cleaners once the brilliant concept has been set up and running at such a high standard. I hope they are paid well!!I wish we had been able to make use of the flat for longer, we will def. book again.
