I went to Miami for my last Spring Break. Upon arriving, I was taken to this beautiful room with a hugh terrace and an outside lounge bed. The room was immaculate, wonderfully designed and layed out. So much space. I can't wait to go back next year. The staff can be hit or miss but you must remember you are in Miami. One front desk clerk made magic happen so be sure to use a little sugar.

Location to beach. Staff was unfriendly and rude, he was down right confrontational. We complained to management but were given no satisfaction.

This hotel has a nice ambience, very center of the art deco area. The rooms were very attractive, clean but sparse.Lovely large shower , fridge and flat screen TV made the stay comfortable. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We were able to walk down to the local restaurants, get something to eat and sit out on the patio area and people watch. Very close to shops , the beach and restaurants. The hotel does not have a restaurant or coffeemakers in the room so a morning coffee drinker will have to walk down to the coffe shop. There is a fee for WiFi and that is located in the lobby.

Great location; nice decor; room was sunny; lots of windows; room was clean. I had a neighbor in the room next to me who was loud with his music and talking late at night. The hotel was in a great location near restaurants and the beach. I liked the decor of the hotel. The room was a good size for two people. The room was pleasant. The staff were polite. Overall, except for a noisy neighbor it was a great stay.

The check in was a total disaster, took forever, and the manager was rude and uncaring about the people checking in. I was told there were no connecting rooms, and yet, when I got to my room there was a connecting door to the room next door. People that checked in AFTER us were given that room. There was no sound insulation around the door or in the walls and it was if the people were in the room with me. My room was missing the bathroom door, and there was no table of any kind so everthing had to go on the floor. It was clean and cheap and I understand other floors have been remodled, so don't let them put you on the 2nd floor! The bathroom looks good but it is hard to wash your face, because the shelf sticks out over the small sink. My friends bathroom had no shelf, and again there was no where to put anything.

The room was very pretty and clean . The draw backs was the security was not the best. My door only had a standerd lock on the door and the it was an adjoining room and i could see though the crack around it. You could hear everthing they were talking about. Some man that worked in the hotel just walked in and never knocked.

Very stark room, but nice bathroom and shower. Limited TV reception, with no network or local channels. Full bar in the lobby that was never open. No coffee for guests. Required a $* room damage deposit iln spite of having credit card for ilncidentals. Wake up call request written in a notebook, and then never given. After generating credit card slip for damage deposit on cc card, said they didn't take that cc, and had to take my card back to issue a criedit on a card they supposedly don't take. In general, a Mickey Mouse operation that would not merit ever returning.

My husband and I stayed here in order to visit during Art Deco weekend. We would stay here again, the price we got ($* plus taxes) seemed good for the area. We had never been to Miami Beach before so we didn't realize parking would be so difficult and expensive on South Beach. Hotel pics showed a painting on walls, ours was all white. The dead bolt didn't work and we had to ask for bath towels as there were none in our room.

this hotel is awesome. the rooms were really nice, clean, cold, comforting.. bed was awesome.. houskeeping was very helpful. the front desk were helpful.. no enthusiasm! but i understand where they are coming from. who wants to be stuck at work when u live in miami!!! anyways, one thing that really annoyed me was that they dont hold your luggage when you check out. we had to roll it everywhere we went which we hated. but the beach is 1 block away =] clubs are within walking distance. lincoln rd. mall is near. you cant go wrong with this hotel!
