This hotel has changed alot and and is moving forward, the service of Front desk and the new guest relations team is excellent not to mention the Club floor staff

The buftet lunch was very good. The hotel main lounge was very nice looking. My wife felt that the room was not clean enough. The Main lobby was impressive. This hotel is located near the bussiness district but far from much of the tourist attractions.

not a 5 star hotel by US standards but an excellent hotel anyway. more like 4 or 4 1/2 stars. if given the chance, i would stay there again though. the only drawback, and i mean only, was the location. it was a bit far from the sites. it wasnt that big of an issue though since cabs are very inexpensive and the subway was a few blocks away.

The concierge, the one who spoke English, was very helpful and nice. The travel agency was terrible. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel as you have it rated. The rooms were not very clean and the carpet was filthy. This hotel would be okay with a 2 or 3 star rating. The front desk people were not very friendly.
