The room was nice, although very cheap looking. I have never been to prison, but the beds have to feel like what we slept on. Very hard small and cheap. We had to change rooms because our AC went out.

Have Traveled here 2 years in a row! Myself from NC and my family all the way from CT! They drive 15 hours to get here! Great because you walk out right onto the beach- WONDERFUL restaurant in the lobby with an amazing chef- so great and friendly, as is the waitstaff and the people who work in the hotel itself- cleaning staff, doormen etc. Great little bar/restaurant at the front of the pier owned and operated by them as well- little ice cream stand off the side too! Showers on the pool deck (which has one regular pool, one kiddie with a fountain, and two hot tubs), maintenance staff is wonderful (when we did have to call them they were there ASAP). Under new management from last year and its only getting even better- recommend it to everyone, does get A LOT cheaper come September, but its even worth the money during prime vacation season! Also, very close to restaurant, your typical myrtle beach shops and attractions and a great food store right down the block!

I have to been to Myrtle Beach numerous of times and this is my first time at this hotel/resort and I had the best time ever. I didn't want to leave i actually added a day on to my trip while down there. This hotel is great for the family or for a romantic getaway. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone, I am already scheduling another visit to this resort before the summer is up.

Just returned home after a relaxing visit to the Prince Resort & we're already talking about going back! Friends recommended the resort & we couldn't have been more pleased.
Every suite has a full kitchen! We were pleasantly surprised how our unit was so comfortably furnished. The restaurants on premises were very good & the staff was really super. We really ejoyed going out on the pier too. We got some great sunset pictures!
Again, we can't wait to visit again!

The prince resort was a nice treat. Parking is on the other side of the street, but traffic was not that bad this time of year. Service was outstanding and the rooms were very comfortable. People complain about the beds, but i found nothing wrong with them, they slept fine to me. Not as comfortable as the Carnival Comfort Beds but still Comfortable. There was one issue with the cleaniness of the room when we first checked in and got to our room, in the master bed room there was a toilet scruber laying right in the middle of the floor. Other than that..everything else was FINE. A few mins from BAREFOOT landing that had some good shops and Restaurants. Will stay again, thinking about rebooking for MAY this year.

We loved the resort! I wish I'd booked directly with the resort rather than one of the rental agencies. I would have saved a lot of money... my fault. I was looking for an oceanfront rental for early July. After looking at available rentals, we decided the Prince Resort would offer much more for far less money. My 86 year old mother will be with us and needed a handicapped accessible bathroom. I was able to book a 3 bedroom oceanfront condo with a walk-in shower. Perfect for us!! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I looked at other units in the resort before booking and found them all to be very nicely decorated, clean and in very good condition. These things were very important for me with small grandchildren and my mother.

We stayed at this resort back in 2004 with friends and when we booked it this year we didn't realize it was the same place. Now they have an oceanfront tower (which they did not back then) and the view was spectacular. It's right on the pier which has been completely remodeled (restaurant, bait store, etc) and the rooms are very clean, very modern and it's a great place for couples, families or just a group of friends to stay! I will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone!!
