Excellent location for Wembley Stadium and Arena and tube. Good hotel at a reasonable price. Full English breakfast in the price would have been nice, although the continental breakfast was adequate.

The reception staff are a bit on the slow side! The fire alarms went off twice in the night and no apology. Breakfast (continental) is a bit boring. We really only stay there cos it's handy for where we need to go. Nice and clean though

I was really pleased with the hotel, was relatively easy to find and within great walking distance to the arena where we were going to a concert. OUr room had a great view of Wembley stadium and was plenty big enough. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and was all of high quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definately go back again and recommend to others.

The young barman was distinctly disinterested in serving us when we came in for a light bite. So much so, in fact, that we gave up as he made a continued point of serving several people who came in after we did, largely, I suspect, because they just wanted drink and not food. Regardless of his reasons, they were unacceptable. After about 20 minutes wait, we gave up and went into the restaurant. The waitstaff in there was marginally more attentive once they noticed our arrival, but their side duty tasks seemed to take precedence over serving us. For example, I waited at least 10 minutes for our waitress to reappear to get a second cup of coffee and finally had to go to the kitchen to roust her into the dining room. I have worked as a manager at a private country club for many years, as well as stints in large chain hotels and upmarket restaurants and understand the need to deliver professional and good service better than the average customer. The basic issue of getting food at this property was a bit dodgy at best, although I would say in its ultimate defense that once the food itself arrived it was hot, tasty and a decent value.

this was my second visit to this hotel booked through laterooms.com.the first time was ok, we had a family room for 2 nights back in april, at a good price £130 for two nights including breakfast, The second time well ,were do i start, please be aware DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL for any major event at the arena,or stadium, myself and family booked to stay as we had tickets to watch England v Brazil at the stadium on the 1st june 07 we arrived to check in the car park was chaos, not enough room to accommodate all the cars, cars blocking every one in, we had to wait over a hour for our room, as the cleaners had not finished, bearing in mind people had to check out by 11oclock, when we eventually got our room it had only facilities for two, it was booked as a family room so we had to chase that up cups/pillows/etc.restuarant because the hotel was fully booked they decided to not operate the evening menu, instead have a 3 choice menu, scampi/chips/frozen fish fillet/chips/ pasta/mince, costing £20per head, so that would of been £80 for our evening meal,i was not prepared to pay £40 for 2 child meals, breakfast was utter chaos as well my wife went down first, she was then told by the duty rest manager that we did not have breakfast included in our room price, but she said all this infront of other guests causing a great deal of embarrasment, she even phoned thru to the reception to have it confirmed who did confirm that we could not have breakfast ,it was then sorted when i showed them my booking , then the duty rest manager denied ever saying that we could not have breakfastThe service we received was not worthy of the price we had to pay for 1 night £189.00 SO PLEASE BE WARNED, THIS HOTEL CANNOT COPE WITH A MAJOR EVENT AT THE STADIUM, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE EARTH

Poor value for money£169 for one double room with continental breakfast is very expensive. The room was very basic, tired and overlooked a car park and bin store where the bins were in use at intervals during the night with the resultant noise. Then to be advised as we arrived for breakfast that we could have a full english breakfast for £5 per head extra was just an insult.

went to Wembley Arena, lovely to just stagger around the corner after the show!!Very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the Arena. Hotel quite basic, everso slightly grubby - eg the net curtains in our room unironed, and stained. Had trouble with the bathroom door which got stuck shut!! Expensive - a triple room for one night was £155.00, but the convenience of the location made it bearable!

I have marked that this hotel was reasonable value for money - this is on the basis of recieving a good rate from Late Rooms not based on paying the hotel's standard tarriff. Do not stay at this hotel if you wish to have a good nights sleep - our stay was interrupted by two fire alarms, one in very late at night and then a second in the early hours. The reception staff were very apologetic and explained that the alarms were set off by steam from showers. This is all very well but when you are staying with your children you treat all fire alarms as just that and I slept very little and was offered nothing by way of reduction in the bill as an apology. Breakfast can be very busy, we had to wait quite a while for a table and the food offered was basic and all was buffet style including tea and coffee.

QUALITY HOTEL, WEMBLEYGood, clean accommodation which is less than 5 mins walk to Wembley Arena. Although £170 for 1 night's stay, I initially thought this was quite expensive however the short distance to the Arena more than made up for the price. No hassle and everyone at the hotel was very friendly and attentive.

superb location and staffUsed this hotel as a base for an England game at wembley. The location is superb for tube and ground and loads of eating places near it.The staff are the friendliest i have met for years and although the room was a little on the basic side, it was all that was needed for the trip.Although i only had continental breakfast which was spot on the cooked looked great as well.I will definately use this hotel again and would like to thank both the receptionist(who pampered my son Daniel) and the barman( who pampered me) for a great stay.

Our Jonas ExperienceI travelled to London with my teenage daughter and her friend so that they could see the Jonas Brothers in concert at the Wembley Arena. We couldn't have got a better positioned hotel. It was the closest to the Arena and the price for a 3 person room was excellent value for money. We had a perfect view from our window of the groups (Jonas Brothers and McFly) arriving and leaving and it only took the girls two minutes to walk there. We ate in the hotel bar beforehand and none of us could finish our meals as there was so much on our plates. The staff were very eager to help and wait on us. The following day we went sightseeing in London and the Wembley Park train station was just down the road, about a 5 minute walk. We were able to leave the car in the hotel car park for the day and there was no charge. I would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Continental breakfast was included with the room but hot buffet breakfast was charged at £ 5/person-considering the rate of the hotel, this shuld have been included in the cost of the room. The staff in the dining room were not very hospitable but the staff at the front desk were very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and had all the basic amenities - only bad point were the floor boards creaking .Overall impression-good rooms, good location, close to tube station/eating joints, car parking a bonus, good continental breakfast/good sized dining room.Shall stay again

3 star hotel quality for 4 star rates - pretty average rooms but close to the stadium, hence the price! In the event the other hotels are full and in the interests of not facing the tube to London after 11 pm, it's probably worth it.

Room was not very clean. A clump of hair was on the side of the bath Yuk! Took a laptop only to find that if you don't have a room on the first 2 floors you can't use the internet. Why does it not say this on their web-site? You can only get ITV3, sky news and a music channel. The windows are like paper, I was on the 6th floor and heard a conversation between two people on the car park. On the plus side the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and it is exactly where it claims to be right next to wembly stadium.

Friendly helpful staff, allowed us to use carpark for remainder of day after we had booked out (ask first). Had a family room - 2 adults 2 kids, breakfast included, very economical, handy for tube into London. Only criticism 6th floor window could be fully opened - not too safe for a family room (my kids liked to jump on and off the beds and I had visions of one bouncing out the window).

The room needed a certain degree of upkeep and the cost was very high compared to other Hotels in a more Central Location of a better stature. However, in this case I paid for the convienience of a hotel close to Wembley to attend a concert and that needs to be considered. An event at Wembley makes these local Hotels a sellers market. I would probably not choose to stay here for any other occasion than an event.

The hotel needs totally refurbishing. The fire alarm went off 2 consecutive mornings due to people leaving the bathroom door open when showering. The bedside table collapsed completely. The shower curtain was fungal and hanging off. the single beds were very narrow. The restaurant was full on the first morning and we had to wait for so long that we went elsewhere for breakfast. On the second morning they ran out of hot food and we had to wait again. the hotel is abysmal and we would never recommend it

Not recommendedI stayed at this hotel on 14/03/2009 because i was going to a concert at the wembley area which was right next door. The location for the hotel is perfect as it couldn't be closer to the arena or stadium but the up keep and cleanliness of the hotel was poor and was definitely not worth the £70 i paid for the night. There is a premier inn down the road i'd have much rather have stayed in. Firstly we were given wrong directions from the staff of how to find the hotel then when we got to our room the towels have stains on, the floor looked liked it hadnt been hoovered and the feel of the room was dingy not to mention struggling to find it as some of the lights were not working in the corridoor.Definitely not recommended and bad value for money.

Location is fantastic for Wembley Arena, just a 1 minute walk, no noise though. Room was large and comfortable, we booked a twin which had two double beds and plenty of space, clean bathroom. Reception was nice and comfy with several leather sofas. Breakfast was slow with only one person serving, but on second day they had two serving which helped. A few seats outside reception for the smokers, could do with more outside chairs for everyone to enjoy the sunshine. We would definitely stay again when we have tickets for the Arena, but I would not call it a luxury hotel. A few shops up the road and a 10 minute walk to the tube station.

Additional costs were applied for a cooked breakfast which was not great - food was really nice though. Television did not work in room properly - the channels that did work had reallly poor reception - however, we were not there to watch tv so it didnt affect our stay. Room and bathrooms lovely and clean - nice toiletries in bathroom provided. We would definately stay here again and plan to revisit in the summer. The location is great for both tube stations in Wembley, with both just a short walk away.

Not much \"quality\" at The Quality Hotel! The hotel was adequate, but quite basic and dowdy. No duvets on the beds and quite tatty bathrooms with well worn towels. The continental breakfast was adequate but even though the restaurant was not busy at all we had to ask for spoons for cereal and 10 minutes later there were no knives. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. We had to ask for bread for toast because the bread basket was completely empty. One of our party was a pregnant lady and she wanted some fresh fruit but all they had was a bowl of tinned fruit, not even a fresh banana. We stay in hotels regularly but would not go near a Quality Hotel again.

Two minutes from Wembley Park tube which was great and standard of room was fine. Free parking was a bonus too and as there was nothing on at Wembley, the area was quiet.Breakfast was less than satisfactory although for the price, can't complain too much. There weren't enough staff on to serve the whole room of guests so there was a shortage of cutlery and the complimentary breakfast options.

Ideal for Wembley eventsThis hotel is ideal for Wembley events. The location is two minutes from the stadium, its reasonably cheap and the rooms are ok. Its not luxury by any means but its clean and all our needs were catered for.

Quality Hotel WembleyVery friendly Staff. Hotel excellent value for London, right by the side of Wembley Stadium. However there had been a leak in the bathroom at some time and water was still trapped under the tiles, so not good! Room Ok with aircon which was very noisy. Restaraunt empty at 2030 hrs plus empty bar, I wonder why? Food not brilliant but OK again service good. Breakfast was again OK but only a limited choice (continental)

A very relaxing stay The location of the hotel was pefect for our vist to Wembly stadium for a concert that night. You could see the hotel from the stadium, very handy when thousands of people are trying to get the tube out of their. Car parking was very good with no charge for hotel guests. The standard of room was more than the rated 3 star, it was very large, clean and well presented. Pleasant pictures on the wall and a good colour scheme in the room. The reception staff are very polite, however we did have one problem. The shower was not working and I did not find this out until i had to take one!!!!!!! I would think housekeeping should check this each day!!!We were asked to go next door to shower, which i do not think was suitable as i had to get re-dressed and take all my shower things with me!!!Other than that the hotel was very good and one of the better ones for that area.

Walls in the room could have done with being washed, apart from that very average. Could have done with out the fire alarm going off though

MUCH better than some reviews had led us to believe. Not easy to find from the Tube station, but convenient for stadium and arena, clean, bright and helpful.

Ideal if you want to take in a show or concert at Wembley Arena. I would describe the Hotel as functional. The Rooms could do with updating. However, cleanliness was good and the staff were friendly so it was fine for me for one night. I thought it expensive for what it was but guess you pay for the location which was ideal for Wembley Arena. I would use it again if I wanted to see another concert. Better than trying to negotiate trains and tube late at night

I cant go into what i found crawling in my bed. So i wont. good customer service, however would not eat at hotel. Breakfast is served to you, and is the worst breakfast ive ever had. Im not sure if the food was the worst or the smell of Flash cleaner in the dining room.

The hotel was fairly easy to get to and the children loved it being right next to Wembley Stadium but it was a half-hour walk to the tube and then another half-hour into the City, so a bit too far out for us. A good hotel to use though.

Hotel bathroom dirty ceiling falling in over shower, tap filthy, grime around bath. New Air Con in room did not work on the hottest day of the year so had to leave window open to get air. Beds rock hard, no teaspoons to stir tea. Bar area had no tables or chairs as rugby match was on at Wembley, again because of this you could not charge anything to your room and had to have your very expensive drinks in plastic glasses. Never again. And even at £80 for the night was not worth it.

Staff were excellent however the bedroom decor and bathroom fittings are a bit tired and could do with a re-vamp. Overall served its purpose as convenient for Wembley Stadium.

Decor was poor - paper peeling off, carpets threadbare in places, beds not too comfortable. Too many staff couldn't communicate effectively in English. Having said all that, we were only there for one night and the bedrooms were pretty clean - so at £70 per room it was ok. One or two staff were also excellent. The whole place basically needs updating.

Good location, free parking is a bonus and close to the bus and tube station.Rooms pretty well sized for us two and 6 yrs old son. Put off by the constantly dripping toilet flush with that annoying tickling noise (which is a pet hate while trying to get well deserved sleep);Informed the front desk who took it nicely though not sure acted on it as did not get fixed during the stay. But, overall worth the money with children.

General areas of hotel were clean and well presented. Reception, bar and restraunt staff were helpful and polite. There were 3 used trays of food in the corridor upstairs when we arrived on Sat 2pm, still there on Sunday when we left at 10.30am.Our room 610 needed improvements/deep clean , had we been staying more than one night we would have complained.* The room smelt very strongly of stale smoke ( we understood all rooms were now non smoking and as non smokers ourselves , this spoilt our stay) There was an ashtray in the room ?* Bedspread has stains on. Walls were marked.*Radiator was held up with wooden blocks & vibrated when working. The plus side was it was very convieniently located for Wembley Arena where we were going to a concert.

Excellent location for Wembley arena. Large, clean room. Staff were friendly though it was difficult to get served in the bar as only 1 barman on duty. Otherwise no faults. Would definitely stay here again if going to a concert etc.

I agree with other reviews on this hotel that the decor is a little dated in the bedrooms< but for value for money and location you can't beat it. We booked this hotel because we knew it was near to wembley arena(in fact right next door) . I would like to add how friendly and helpful the staff were, not always something you get in London hotels!!

Stayed here for one night whilst on buisness in the centre of london, therefore with the tube only being a 2 minute walk away it was very handy. Only had breakfast (continental included in price) at the hotel but this was fine and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking at the hotel as well is a benefit and they let me leave my car there free of charge until 4pm the next day. Room was fine, don't expect five star but they are clean and although the windows are the old metal type and it was freezing outside there was ample heating in the room.

Travelled with daughter and 2 grandaughters aged 5 and 7. Staff were excellent from the minute we arrived at hotel. Nothing too much trouble for them. Have stayed in other hotels in a 'family room' and had to start making up sofa bed when we arrived. Not this one : beds already made and plenty of room to swing several cats! Will stay here again when visiting Wembley Arena. Special thanks to Diane on reception who welcomed us when we got there.
