It was in a convenient location. It was kind of loud. Overall it was a good place to stay to get away for a few days.

Great pool, gazebo and plantings in central courtyard. Like a oasis in the city. Bad location next to topless club. The central courtyard of this motel was an oasis of quiet in the noisy city. A great pool and gazebo with seating to enjoy the big trees. Nicest plantings, including roses, I have seen in a chain hotel. The breakfast was adequate, the rooms were squeaky clean. The personnel were all very friendly.

Stank, really stank. Bed was like a rock. The room stank and everything was damp. The bed was like a rock. The internet speed was great and the location is good for the ship channel.

It had a microwave in the room. It was in the SAME parking lot with a strip club and I DIDN'T feel safe! Some things just look better on paper than in realy life. When we drove up to this place, we almost decided to lose our money and just go someplace else. They were nice enough but being in a VERY bad neighborhood and SHARING the drive way with a low class strip club, is not what I expected.

In their defense, the place is about to undergo a rennovation, which it needs desperately. Everything was functional, but it was the kind of place you'd expect to find just off of the freeway on the industrial side of town.
