Convenient location. Not very friendly staff. Ok, did not get the two double beds we requested.

The Quality Inn Palm Springs was in a nice neighborhood. The staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable. I liked that the vanity area had a door that closed off from the bedroom so this could be used as a dressing area. There were just a few minor maintenance issues that could be addressed (shower curtain rod loose), but nothing major. There was a major chain restaurant right on the property.

Convenient location and nice pool/spa. The hotel appearance is a bit dated. This hotel is just fine for the price. It is a hotel with minimal amenities but a good place to crash for the night.

It was convenient to the seminar location we were attending. Needed some maintenance. We were 4 adults attending a seminar in Palm Desert. The room was adequate for our needs. It was very apparent that this room had had some major water damage. At one point in our stay the card keys did not work, however, the front desk cleared this problem up. The grounds and main lobby were well kept. I would recommend this facility to others traveling in this area.

The hotel room itself wasn't terrible, but it was not worth the price. There were stains on the bedding as well.

Room was clean, comfortable, in a convenient location to town and restaurants and shops . The grounds were attractive as well; wish I could have stayed longer.

We arrived to the hotel to find the pool roped off- when we questioned it we were told the pool was being resurfaced and would be closed all weekend. That wasn't going to work for us traveling with 2 kids in 90 degree weather. We were disappointed when we had called twice to confirm our reservation- the person who confirmed the reservation should've informed us of that fact. As a result the manager and desk staff were understanding and refunded one of our 2 nights. we changed hotels and our trip was resumed.

After i arrived at the hotel, i went right to my room since it was so late i walk in...it smelled like irine...like a dog pee ed all over the floor...to tired ... to back to the front desk...i went to sleep..... lafter couple days i was looking for my shoes and found socks under the bed....gross i didn't bring socks...

my family had a good time hotel was inexpensive nice pool and jacuzi . would be nice if they had a bbq area. will be back again soon

Easily find in a strange area to us. Nothing, all good. Very nice hotel. Staff helped to solve all problems we had with the lights.

It looked like it had a nice pool but it was closed by the time we checked in. Uncomfortable bed, ugly décor. This hotel had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. In this case neither my wife nor I slept a wink and the mattress looked like it was ancient. The tub did not drain properly and the "in room" coffee maker was missing. The overall decor (bedspread, carpet, etc.) was depressing too. Unfortunately this was an improper trip and most things in the area were booked up. Now, we were not expecting "Club Med" but I've stayed in much less expensive roadside motels that were far better. Luckily it was only for one night.

The carrots restaurant was walking distance to the hotel. I called quality inn palm springs and mentioned that I would be arriving late.

Hot Jacuzzi. First room leaked from ceiling, 2nd room smelled awful. Nice staff, hot tub wonderful, rooms looked nice but beds uncomfortable and room smelled badly.

Pool looked spacious and the staff was pretty friendly Rooms were small, the exercise equipment was all broken, and the wireless internet did not work in the room
