Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was pretty good, and parking wasn't too far from our room. Some rooms had a bathroom window that opened out to the walkway, and you could see into them when walking by. The hotel was nice for a last minute hotel, the bed was not too comfy, but still sleepable for one night, and the staff were really friendly and on top of things. It took me less than 3 minutes to check in, and even less to check out. I even got to park my car in the parking lot all day, on the day that we checked out, which meant I didn't have to pay for parking at Disneyland.

The beds were very comfortable and the comforters were cozy with many pillows on each bed. We enjoyed the room and you could tell it was upgraded.

The bed was comfortable and the place was really clean. The room was a bit small but it was just because the bed was really big.

I was so happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were newly renovated and gorgeous! The staff was always so helpful, friendly, and accomodating. Plus I was pleasantly surprised by the free continental breakfast. It was so much more with eggs, bacon, sausage, and waffles. This is my new number one choise for hotels in the Disneyland area!!!

My kids and I stayed here one night. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, beds, were comfortable. Good hotel for the price and very close to Disneyland. Breakfast was good. Also walking distance to Coco's and Dennys.

Me and friend jwere looking for inexpensive place close to disneyland for weekend trip. Tried this place upon other reviews. They helped us out withinformation on a cheap shuttle to/from the airport before we even booked our stay.Place was very comfortable, staff was excellent and very helpful. We walked to Disneyland our first night, about 10 min walk through downtown disney. They showed us were to get ART passes for $4 all day, just 3 hotels away, less then a block, so if we were tired we could catch a quick ride very cheap. Hot breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pastries. They even have a very little playground for young ones, heated pool and spa. The noise really wasnt noticable outside. When we had a problem with our toilet overflowing the next day they tried to fix it, and since it required a plumber they switched us rooms right away and upgraded us for the inconvience. There was no hassel. They came to our room with in minutes to try to fix the problem first. Very friendly and courtiouse staff. Very polite. I enjoyed this place so much I have booked a room for memorial weekend when I will be down there again with my fiance and my 1 1/2 year old. They are even accomidating us with a crib no charge. So far this is the best budget/family friendly place I have stayed in in Disneyland. Everytime I come I will be staying here.

We took our daughter to Disneyland to celebrate for her 10th b-day. We knew that this was not a 4 star hotel but for the price you definitely got what you paid. The breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful & friendly. Our bathroom was very white & clean, but the room itself was small. Thank goodness it was just the 3 of us becuase it was tight! Being in a different city it was a little tense walking outside instead of in a hotel hall way. Otherwise, it was GREAT to be able to walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney - that was the one good aspect of this location - not to far away at all!!

We stayed her in July on a family trip to Disneyland. The room smelled of smoke, and we were going to move but staff told us we would have to wait until 11 am the following day. We did'nt want to take time away the park so we sucked it up. The rooms are very small, nowhere to eat except a desk with a computer chair that was way to big for the small space. Housekeeping was bad, you could see dust around the edges of the carpet and behind the beds and nightstand, it was very poorly cleaned. The ice machine was broken the whole time we were there, 7 nights. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and free. I would not stay here again though. I would rather spend a little more or even the same and stay elsewhere.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They brought things to our room that were needed. The breakfast was excellent, but the place to eat in the lobby was quite crowded. The hotel was recently painted and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. They were positive about having younger children.

Good location for what I wanted and clean. No elevator. Great place to stay, clean and close to many attractions. But don't bring anything too heavy there is no elevator. I had to carry luggage and stroller up stairs to our room.

The rooms were updated. Alittle bit far for my parents (60+) to walk to Disney and there was no shuttle.

Walking distance to Disneyland main entrance (about 10 minutes). Guest room facilities are very basic, a little bit smelly. The hotel is close to Disneyland main entrance which saves us the parking fee at the Disneyland. Even though there was hot breakfast provided, the food was not replenished after 9am. Well, since we were not in the hotel for most of the day, a basic room was ok to us. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I would consider to stay at this hotel again next time when we went to Disneyland

The amenities are listed wrong on the website. No hot tub, no breakfast. The parking lot is shady and dirty, the pool is off to the side near the a tree lined highway (R.C. Circle). The place looked dirty. We got our money back and went and paid more somewhere else that we could enjoy and feel comfortable. There are other motels close by that are worth the extra cash.

Very clean! Rooms are newly remodled & staff is very helpful! Building doesn't reflect the rooms and ice machine is still broken. Our stay was very nice. We were only there for one night to visit both Disneyland and California Adventure. We got to the hotel at 7am. Our room was not ready but they did allow us to park our car there(big plus). When we finally checked in at 11pm. The young man was so nice! I have been to 5 star hotels and they have not been as nice! Very helpful. The ice machine was broken but he quickly filled our ice chest with ice from the back. Morning breakfast was great! Sausage, Bacon, eggs, waffles and much more. I would definatly return. Even though we checked out the next morning they allowed us to leave our car.
