absolutely awful, ants in the bathroom. room cleanliness was horrible. this motel is very outdated. the hottub was loaded with sand on the inside as was the pool. trash in the breakfast area. the hotel service books list breakfast until 10 a.m., however, it is only until 9:30. a customer was complaining about it and they said sorry, but go get something if you want, everything was put away. the staff won't answer the front desk phone timely. the parking lot is dark in a lot of the parking spaces. the entrance/exit is on/off of a very very busy street. we waited a long while to make a left turn. if you were an inexperienced or elderly driver, you would be scared to death.....very disappointed....pick somewhere else.

"Broken mirrors, holes in the walls, counter coming away from the wall, large yellow stains on the bedspread!! Need I say more...and no the hotel did not reimburse us for our stay!! Don't stay here!!"

when we had first arrived there we specifically said that we wanted non-smoking rooms. they gave us one room where you could still smell the smoke. the closet was broken and we even complained and they were so unorganized. the next day we were charged for a courtesy call that was not neccessary. they even stood by the door to wait for us to leave so that the maids could clean the room. when we checked out we complained again and they were so lost.

Hotel was great. Close to my work area. They were busy painting the exterior so hope it looks good when I go back. I was surprised on how friendly the staff was. Every time I needed something, they took care of it, directions, extra coffee, etc. Everyone from the GM to the housekeeping was great. I travel a lot and don't find too many smiling people at hotels. I was very, very satisfied.

Service not as promised. Requested to be close to elevator or a 1st floor suite, neither was accomadated. We had 2 suites, either one or the other was not cleaned on a daily schedule. Being in town for a wedding and no clean towels or sheets UGH!
No where else to stay due to BB training camp.
