Reasonable, easy to find and big car park. Small single room and not particularly well fitted but not bad for £39 B&B. Tiny old TV. The promised fridge / minibar was a dusty empty cabinet.The hotel has just completed a big extension (opened Oct 08) which I suspect would be vastly better - but you probably wouldn't get this rate. Breakfast was fine.

GReat Hotel, Perfect Location, Just a Few Little Gripes (See Comments)The hotel was pretty good for value for money, but just had a few little gripes, as we were only staying for one night I didn't bother taking this up with the hotel staff. *TV's digital services kept loosing signal *Free Wi-Fi but room was \"Too far from booster to get sufficient signal\" <-according to reception *There didn't seem to be any room service before/after the restaurants opening hours of 6.30pm-10.00pm *Breakfast was only served up until 9.00am. Please do not let this put you off staying at the hotel, the staff are fantastic, the room's themselves were very nice, and the area was really good (although our room (room 38) had a view of a brick wall, which was weird).

the carpet was filthy in our room, the view was a brick wall right outside the window, the bath panel was very damaged, and the tap dripped constantly
