The Wyndham Tampa Westshore is a Florida Green Lodging certified hotel and is conveniently located two miles from the Tampa International Airport, five miles from Downtown Tampa, the Convention Center and four miles from Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Tampa International Airport and within a three mile radius of the hotel including two major malls, Westshore Plaza located two blocks and the International Plaza located half a mile from the hotel. Other hotel amenities include a state of the art fitness room with cardio equipment and free weights. Outdoor heated pool and whirlpool, complimentary business center, daily evening managers reception featuring complimentary Wi-Fi available in all public areas. For dining options the hotel has The Blue Water Grill & Bar and The Oasis deck which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in an indoor and outdoor ambiance, and freshly brewed Starbucks coffee. Room Service also is available from 6am to midnight. Location. No wireless internet access in rooms only in lobby. Good central location with two malls and numerous restaurants around the corner. Airport and beach close by.

At check-in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My grandchildren loved the pool area. The entrance to the facility. Not easy access from main roads. We were a little apprehensive about the hotel, since we had never heard of the quorum before. My son-in-law was leaving for the middle east the next day, and we were looking for a place to stay close to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and easily accessible by the handicapped. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had needs. The pool and spa Ares is lovely, and large enough to accommodate the hotel guests. I will recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a place to stay in Tampa.

Great location, easy to find, quiet, nice lobby. No free internet in rooms, no free continental breakfast0, dirty mirror, dirty comforter, small room. This hotel is not a 3 or 4 star. There was not free wireless or wired internet in the rooms, there was no free continental breakfast, staff was friendly but didn't explain anything unless you asked, room was a little dirty i.e. the mirror was scratched and worn and the comforter had what looked like a blood stain on it and the towels and wash clothes were rough (cheap). The room had two tiny beds (not queens) and the TV was old. I expected a flat screen at a hotel that costs $350+ a night! No microwave or fridge in the room either. Pretty much the bare necessities. The room definitely served its purpose, but I expected a lot more out of a 3 star hotel.

The bed was very nice I was expecting a Star Bucks coffe shop but it was coffee served out of those dispensers and way too expensive, not good Took too long to check out. Advertised a Star Bucks coffee shop but it was not really one and the coffee bad and was expensive.

It was convenient to the mall and major restaurants. There were obstacles preventing the sun to come in through the pool area. It was very clean and the hotel staff were extremely polite and pleasant. I did enjoy my stay.

Good decor friendly service very clean. Charge for phone calls and internet. The hotel was very good and I would visit again however I would increase the price and give a breakfast bar, like their competition.

The hotel was clean, bright, friendly, nice room, lovely pool area and had a complimentary shuttle. One of the staff was yelling at the shuttle drivers. The hotel was very clean and bright. The elevators and corridors were clean bright and smelled fresh. The room was the same, bright, clean and a nice large size. I would certainly recommend this hotel. It also had a complimentary shuttle. The staff were friendly expect for one staff who was yelling at the shuttle driver. The driver asked him to not yell in front of the guest (he carried on yelling) and then ignored him. We were glad that the angry person wasn't the driver.

My family and I stayed here one night prior to leaving on a cruise from Tampa Port. We flew into Tampa International and contacted the hotel from the airport. They provided transportation from the airport, were very concise in telling me where they would meet us and picked us up within 20-25 minutes of my call. After arriving at the hotel, the staff welcomed us by name and were very attentive. The room was attractive and comfortable. They had an excellent exercise facility and a very attractive pool and hot tub area. The hotel was located between two major malls so we chose to spend the evening at one of those malls. The hotel van took us right away and picked us up promptly when we called. We spent a comfortable night and ate breakfast the next morning at the hotel. The food was good. We were scheduled to be transported to the Port in plenty of time prior to our sailing. The staff I dealt with were very professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at the Quorum again when in Tampa. The hotel was convenient to both the airport and the Port. The complimentary transportation (of course, we tipped) was an invaluable service. It was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Reservations were made for a wheelchair accessible room and greeted with 'oh, that's what that means' and no accessible room available at check in. However, there was a promise to have an accessible room 'early tomorrow as soon as a room became available'. Room change came the next day at 5:30 PM and was switched to a 'traditional bathtub, minimal room for a wheelchair' handicapped space. The front desk manager informed us at check out that handicapped accessible rooms were available on first come first serve basis regardless of reservation status. Then, there was the 2 hour and 3 phone call wait for a 45 min expected room service order, cold meeting rooms, a used hotel logo robe in the closet of the 'new room', a daily (not 24 hour) charge for high speed internet, a coffee maker in the room with no new supplies, vending machines that did not return change, ice machines that did not work, visual maintenance that needed doing in the hallways and etc. Staff was friendly when you talked to them.

It was conveniently located. They do not conserve water as they indicated. I was extremely disappointed that they changed towels even when they had a sign in the room saying that they won't if you leave the towels hanging up. Even after speaking with the front desk about it, they changed the towels again.

Nice amenities, good size room, updated decor. Parking wasn't the greatest. Very nice hotel, especially for the rate. Tastefully decorated, very clean, great staff, nice bar. The new patio area should be a great add-on.

The atmosphere at the hotel including the staff one of warmth,` friendliness and accommodating. No shuttle to the mall which is a short distance away. I loved it and would stay there again.

Openness of the lobby bar area. Call themselves green but there was no stopper in the washbasin by design. Nice and clean. Some wait staff need replacing.

Very nice. Granite, LCD TV, mini fridge, etc. The parking could be better. While driving up to the hotel, it seemed like just another hotel. After parking and walking to the front desk to check in I noticed the elegance of the granite flooring and table/deck/counters. It looked nice. The staff was courteous and expedited my check in. Opening the room door I found myself looking at a flat panel LCD TV. That wasn't what I expected to see in this nicely priced room, but none the less I'll take it :). The bathroom was well organized, and in it hung a framed painting. It brought a calmness to the room. I don't personally care to have a painting in the can, you know. The carpet was freshly washed which made me feel more comfortable knowing that they take care of their stuff. I don't know what else to say, my stay was excellent, I loved the room, the staff was great. I would rate the experience above what I paid.
