The hotel itself was beautiful, really clean and relatively quiet considering it's central location. The location was amazing, there are about 6 theatres all within walking distance, there are plenty of cafe's and bars all around. The fitness room isn't up to much, so don't book this hotel if this is high on your list of priorities.I thought that the hotel was very costly, and only stayed there because I got a good deal on one night which reduced the overall cost. The second night was £100 more than the first night, I don't see how this is justifiable.

hotel is in a great location for Cov Grdn & Traf Sq. Rooms better than expected having read other reviews. Only criticisms were they tried to charge for breakfast on a breakfast inc. deal and the Dial bar is so badly staffed in the evenings that we walked out without getting a drink. One person on duty in what they call on their website \"fast becoming the hippest bar in town\". The barmaid couldn't cope and was serving randomly rather than in order. Staff were generally helpful and the place has a nice atmosphere .

The Hotel location was excellent and the staff very friendly, however, the size of the room was appalling for the price. I have stayed at the Radisson Edwardian in Manchester on numerous ocassions and consider it to be one of my favourite hotels. I had high expectations due to my experiences in Manchester but found myself feeling embarrassed having booked the hotel for my wife and friends.

Smokers dreamGood bit;Excellent location, right in the heart of the West end. Bad bit; Rooms a little....little and we had breakfast out (£18 each for contintal?) Good bit; a hotel which still has smoking rooms! Must be one of the last anywhere.

Radisson Edwardian Mountbatten March 2009I stayed for one night on a Saturday in March in a twin room. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was fine for our needs but slightly on the small side, however, friends who were also staying had a much bigger room. My only gripe would be that the lifts took ages to come and did not always stop on our floor, in the end we gave up waiting and used the stairs to the 4th floor - okay for us but other less able guests might not be able to use the stairs. Overall, the hotel was very nice and I would probably stay there again.

Good Value and Location in Covent GardenThis hotel represented good value for money in a very central London location particularly if you are there to see a west end show. It's in Covent Garden so there are loads of restaurants bars and shops on the doorstep and it's also reasonably handy for the Tube. Our room was small but perfectly functional, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The public areas were pleasant and the bar and restaurant seemed very popular with residents and non residents alike. We didn't eat there, apart from breakfast which was the standard buffet (next time I probably wouldn't bother - it was fine but not great) so can't comment on the food but with so much choice on your doorstep eating out is no problem. The staff seemed efficient and pleasant in the limited contact we had with them (only stayed one night)Overall I would say this hotel measured up pretty well against far more expensive boutique type hotels in the same area.
