* Plus points: Superb location. Literally just off Oxford Street, just behind Marks and Spencer's on Baker Street and about a minute from Selfridges and Marble Arch, but still surprisingly quiet. Lovely sumptuous modern decor. * Minus points: Absolutely tiny rooms dominated by the enormous Bank & Olufsen TVs. There is about a foot of space around the bed and that's it! But if you're just sleeping there, does it actually matter? If you like lying in bed watching TV, you'll be very much at home. There was no view of any kind. My room looked directly onto a dirty brick wall about 1 ft beyond the glass.

Considering it's location (which is great) it was extremely quiet. Apart from the very distant sound of a siren I didn't hear any traffic noise at all. Room was clean and stylish although very small and impossible to work in as there was no desk. The room was also very dark as half of the lights weren't working. That said and as long as I had no work to do I would definitely stay here again.

The room was a dark shoe box, very small (double bed against the wall & only accessible from one side) and staff seemed distracted with minimal focus on customers. Very disappointed as stay was for a special occasion.

Tiny room. Even tinier bathroom (think cupboard with a built-in shower). Close to Oxford Street, though, if that's important to you. All in all, not particularly good VFM.

Radisson SurpriseReception staff - especially Lukas were excellent and a credit to the business.This hotel just off Oxford Street and v close to Hyde Park was value for money and an ideal base for a London Break

staff is very friendly but the room are to small almost 10X10 I verly can get in the shower and the restroom no room to manuver
