I was booked into a 'Lodge Room' and this is by far, the dirtiest hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Housekeeping staff were friendly but did nothing to improve the cleaniliness of the room! It had not been dusted nor vacuumed in a verrrry long time and when this was pointed out, nothing changed! I believe I was in the lowest class of room in this hotel but it was still $* per night and I do expect a room to be clean, no mattter the price!

While the Radisson Conference centre in Canmore, AB does have newer building that has nice decor, comfortable beds and nice rooms beware of the old, separate part of the hotel complex which is often promoted as having "private" entrances. The older, separate building rooms are in need of renovation, are noisy because of their location next to the freeway and have paper thin walls so you will hear everything in the next room. To top it off there was no hot water for the shower during our brief stay. Definately not worth the money when there are many other options in Canmore for skiing holidays. If you do stay at the Radisson spend the extra few dollars and insist on staying in the newer main building.

Hotel is very clean and modern. The "Sleep Number" beds are amazing and VERY comfortable. Price is a bit high for what you get, but then again is reasonable in this area of Alberta. Originally booked in for one night, however at 11 p.m. on the first night, we decided to stay another night, and contacted the front desk immediately to arrange this. At around 12 noon the next day, I was relaxing and watching t.v. while my significant other was doing her hair, and suddenly a lady (hotel staff member) entered the room without warning (the "do not disturb" sign was on the door), came in and looked at us, then left without a word. I opened the door and watched her go across the hall and use the phone. The next minute I received a call from a front desk clerk stating "we are wondering if you are planning on leaving anytime soon". I stated that we had already arranged to stay another night, at which point the clerk stated that "the hotel was not aware of this". That night, I spoke to the front desk clerk who had taken my call the night prior, and she confirmed that she in fact remember us calling, and that she had entered our request into the system at that time. As compensation, the hotel bought us breakfast the next morning. The hotel kept their guarantee that "If you are not satisfied with something, please let us know and we will make it right, or you won't pay". Overall a good stay.

We chose this hotel for the location. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, but that doesn't compensate for the poor repairs, or the noise. This is a wood frame building, and the noise from the room above us was shocking. There was also a large generator outside that went all night long. Avoid this hotel.

Attentive staff Paper-thin walls I believe the snoring champion of the world was in the room next to us , as you could hear him snore through the wall, which leads me to believe ,for a newer hotel, it was built as cheap as possible. Very good location though, with beautiful Rocky Mountains no matter which way you look.

Clean, tidy and things looks good. So is the swimming pool. The water drains very slowly in the bath tub. I saw some negative reviews on the website from last years' visitors and was very worried. However, when I arrived at the room in the main building, I was so happy because the room was clean, looked great and exceeded my expectation. I liked the swimming pool and the service was good.

I liked the price and the size of the room. Room was not clean, sheets were dirty, floor had hair stains. This hotel was one of the worst I have stayed at, lower than a Motel 6.The steps leading to the room were filthy. Once in the room, the carpeting was dirty and stained, the sheets were stained, the bathroom had hair from previous customer. I would not stay at this hotel again and it was definitely not worth the price.

The rooms lobby and restaurants were nice and fully what I would expect at this start level. The location of the hotel. The hotel itself was excellent. I had originally wanted the location to be in Banff, but this hotel that I won was actually in Canmore, a completely different town that was approximately 30 minutes away on the Trans-Canada highway. Although I made calls to the customer service center, they were not helpful in trying to resolve this situation for me. This hotel location turned out to be extremely inconvenient and completely ruined our travel plans that were centered around Banff.

The location in Can more and near Banff is good. Staff were slack and services promised were either not delivered or delivered late and shabbily. Service was poor. We expected a breakfast delivery after placing the order form provided on our door handle the night before, but the order was never even picked up from the room. We called to complain and they said that they would bring it immediately. When they did bring it, they tried to charge us room service prices, rather than the cheaper breakfast order prices. This hotel claims to provide wireless internet, but does not. The Ethernet connection provided is not what I would call high speed. Used toiletries were not replaced in three days. The location and the room were fine, but I've had better service at one star motels.

Ideally located, clean, comfortable rooms in renovated wing Very friendly reception staff. Ample free parking. Close to conveniences and Trans Canada Highway. Rooms in renovated wing are the best: heated bathroom floors, large TV w/ cable, coffee making facilities, large double beds, large work desk. Ground fllors have internal and external entrances. Ample heat and climate control.

Hot tub/swimming pool was great after a long day of hiking. The bed (sleep number) was very comfy. The room was dingy with stained carpeting. Just minutes away from Banff, reasonable prices (relatively speaking), courteous staff. The whirlpool/pool was great for relaxing the sore body after long days of hiking in Banff. The sleep number bed was very comfortable and good for my back. The room, though, was a little cramped, dingy and with badly stained carpeting.

Free internet access/parking. Pricey, unclean carpets and restaurant Some of the rooms have a great view of the mountains. The rooms are comfortable, but the bathroom is too small. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Convenient Location. Friendly Staff. We got the room directly across from the elevator, ice machine and vending machines, so it was noisy. Generally, nice but the ski lockup was outside the hotel and didn't look too secured. Friendly staff, close to everything, but our room was noisy! I hope they didn't put us across the hall from the elevator, ice machine, and vending machines, in a room with a view of roof.
