Nice rooms. Location. Rooms are nice. Public spaces were okay but some of the work was sloppy ¿ e.g.. paint uneven on elevators. Some things just did not quite "get there" but they were close.

Staff. Stayed two nights. A/C did not work 1st night. Called for help on 2nd night and maintenance replaced entire A/C with a new unit. He was very friendly, nice and helpful! They have select comfort beds at this hotel which may be okay if you have one at home but it certainly takes more than two nights to get used to them. We did not sleep very well.

The lobby looked fabulous and the staff were very friendly at check-in. Comfortable bed. Simple room. Some construction throughout hotel. Ceiling application was coming down in bathroom. Low water pressure in toilet. Tried the hotel because of internet advertisement. Probably would choose differently next time.

We stayed just overnight for a family trip to the zoo. We found the hotel clean, the staff prompt and most importantly the rooms clean and comfortable as well as the pool and hottub great. What a great stay, we will be choosing the Radisson from now on. Granted, there was a Liquorama next door but the business did not overflow into our area and nighttime security was visibly present when I went down about 11:30 at night. There's a McDonald's right across the street, which is convenient for our kids and the local Pizzahut delivered in record time. The location is midway between The Stockyards district and the Downtown district, so we had no problem visiting the Stockyards and our family-favorite, the water gardens within the same outing. The price was right at if not a little below fair market value.

This hotel seems like something out of the 1960's - everything looks old!! The indoor pool was dirty, I stayed there 4 days, never saw anyone swimming!

To call this a Radisson is like calling the Pittsburgh Pirates a contender for the pennant. AC - broken. Tub - nice, but drain was clogged. Hallways - hot. Security doors - inoperable. Luckily, it was by the LIQ-O-RAMA which was conveniently located next door. Wouldn't complain if it was a discount chain.

Everyday we had a problem! No one wanted to help--not even the managers. Thank God for Corporate. Housekeeping is horrible and does not clean! Takes an hour plus to receive towels! Would never recommend!

Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Room was not ready when I arrived. Great room but room was not ready when I arrived. I called before I checked in. The staff indicated to me that the room would be ready at a certain time. When I got there, I was given a reason that the hotel was booked up full the prior night. I asked again for a new time to arrive back. They indicated to me in a while. I then demanded that they be more specific because my family was tired from a long drive and had plans at 5:00 pm to be somewhere else. The staff then informed me that the best they could guarantee was 30 or 45 more minutes. Check in time for the hotel based on their website is 3:00 pm. However, I was told that it would be 3:45 before I got into my room. I finally checked in and was given a king size bed for my wife, my child and I. When I asked for another room or a roll away bed I was informed that either one may not be available. I told the staff that I expected a roll away bed in my room since I should have been the first one to check in. Lucky for us, they met my request. I would not stay in that hotel again if given the choice.

Convenient location, very nice lobby, rooms were excellent. No continental breakfast; no breakfast Boucher. The hotel was excellent for the price. But, I will probably not stay at another 3 star hotel again. You can find good quality hotels at 2 and 2 1/2 star and also get a small breakfast.
