Very comfortable room, especially the bed. I was not impressed with the $20.00 charge to have a room facing the US border. Very friendly staff, very comfortable room - from the internet connection available in each room to the bed. The only complaint I have is that there was a $20.00 surcharge to have a room which faced the Michigan border. I could understand such surcharge on a weekend when the hotel is busy, but I stayed on a Wednesday night when the hotel was not very busy at all.

View. Staff, noise, closed run down facility. The view is great - stop there. Staff un-helpful, un-knowledgeable or un-worthy to be helpful. People running up and down halls and yelling at 4 a.m. - filled with drunk casino goers.

The staff was friendly. The parking lot is inconvenient to the hotel and you have to walk through a rather depressing walkway to get to the hotel. This hotel is fine if you can get it at a reasonable price. I would not pay what the hotel charges. I wouldn't consider this hotel a three-star hotel. The rooms are small and cramped and are not soundproofed well. The bathrooms are outdated and the beds uncomfortable. I'd probably be inclined to try somewhere else on my next trip to Windsor. Although the hotel is located right on the Detroit river, which is a beautiful view from a room, we were not able to get a room with that view because we didn't pay full price.

Location. No valet poor quality room. I felt that we were given an inferior room. It was an older room in need of renovation. Definitely not 3 star.

Excellent location. You have to pay for parking. Great location, Clean and comfortable. The sleep number beds are a plus. Parking is $10.00 per day but you will have that in Windsor. You don't really need a car because restaurants, bars, and casinos are in walking distance.

Great view. Parking is far way and there is no valet. Nice location, good view of Detroit. Staff not overly friendly. Reception gave wrong info about wireless internet. Parking is quite a pain and far from hotel.

This was a fairly nice room for the money. I have stayed here before and will continue to stay here for these reasonable rates. The room we stayed in this time would not cool down. It was really stuffy and overly warm for my likes. Though I had the thermostat all the way down This is a very reasonable hotel. You pretty much get what you paid for. Very close to Casino Windsor which is why I stay. Close enough and safe enough to walk to the Casino and back by yourself. Not very parking friendly. You must park behind the hotel in a parking deck and then walk back across the street. They also get you for another $10 a night for parking.

On the river and an easy walk to bars and the casino. Walkway from parking garage had broken escalators and hallway to the elevator was dirty. A great place to get away for the weekend and the room view of the river at night is great.

Just a place to stay, Nice view of the U.S. Not very convenience. It requires a parking fee. The price is right, but I wouldn't rate it 3 stars hotel.

Price and in the vicinity of Christmas party. Parking and getting to the room too much walking. Being the first time here I reserve my opinion.

Convenience to both Windsor and Detroit Airports. Was not notified that there was construction. Parts of the hotel were under construction including the lobby and pool area. I did not plan on using the pool, but was caught off guard by the lobby work. The room itself was fantastic. It felt clean and comfortable from the minute I walked into the room. The sleep number beds were a nice surprise and quite welcomed. The only two issues were the broken remote control and the complimentary bottle of water that cost 2.99 if consumed.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the rooms. We had a beautiful view of the river and the room was clean and cozy. We took advantage of the shuttle bus from the hotel to the Casino; but could have walked if we wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, and we were able to walk to all of the locations downtown. The only problem was finding it once crossing the bridge. Once we got there everything was great. Good staff and the room was fantastic!

We stayed at this hotel on our way back into the US, and were confident that being a Radissoin it would live it up to it's reputation. The rooms did not disappont. They were very clean, modern and quiet. They also offered Sleep Number Beds which gave us an amazing nights sleep! The hotel need to be updated as the paint and lobby seemed to be a bit on the dated side. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the Casino Windsor, many places to eat close by and the view across the river at night was AMAZING! We would stay here again.

Wonderful view of Detroit river and waterfront. Parking was $10/day. I would not want a "city-view" room, there's nothing to see. The Riverview rooms were excellent, however, well worth the extra cost ($15).

Friendly staff who did their best. Long ways from the parking lot. Very nice, comfortable and clean. The only draw back was the distance from the parking lot, but location view was lovely andstaff were great.

Beautiful view from the pool. Dated rooms, inconvenient parking. The Radisson Riverfront is decent enough. It's Windsor, so there aren't any truly upscale hotels. Pros: Beautiful view of the river and the skyline from the pool and some rooms. Cons: The decor is a bit dated, parking is pretty inconvenient and expensive as Windsor goes.

Great location, nice bedding. No continental breakfast, no free parking. The Windsor Radisson has an ideal location on the Detroit River. It has the Sleep Number beds, which were nice to try. There's no free parking (we had to pay $10 per night USD), and the parking garage took more than 5 minutes to walk to. A free breakfast would have been nice.

The attitude of the staff and room cleanliness. Did not have sleep by number bed, no working internet. This hotel is situated perfectly to the downtown area, and located on the scenic Detroit river. My room faced the city and watching sunrise stretch over the expanse of the city was amazing. The only disappointment I had was an internet connection that was not working and no sleep number bed. However, the hotel did let me use their computer free of charge, and did offer to change the room for the bed. The bed I had was comfortable enough for me to sleep in (I have degeneration of the spine and beds are critical for me). Would I come back? This is my 2nd time.

Beautiful hotel, look foward to staying here every November to Christmas shop. I can't think of one thing. This is our Second trip to the Radisson. The last 2 years in November our friends and my spouse and I come to Windsor to do some shopping, just to get away from home and the kids for a weekend. This hotel has everything a couple needs to relax and spend quality time together. We so enjoy it, the staff was lovely. Met a nice lady named Andréa, at the front desk. We can't wait to come back next November. Thank you so much for the opportunity to get away at such a great deal. See you next November.

Close, let us check in early. Parking costs extra. I thought it was a clean hotel, however in the stairwell it did smell like someone got sick. Seeing as though this is a destination for young people to go, I understand, and they did get it cleaned up. And it wasn't in the main part of the hotel.
