It was located in Flagstaff, and I wanted a hotel in Flagstaff. Heater in the room did not function, shower was terrible. From the second I checked in, I was dubious about this hotel. The front desk clerk slapped a "Next Time Book Direct" form from Radisson. The heater in the room was not functional at all. In fact, it was blowing cold air the entire time. We ended up turning off the air altogether, and the room temperature was an extremely uncomfortable cold. In addition to the non-functioning heater, the shower was dismal. The water was one solid stream with a tiny bit of spray, so both the pressure and the type of flow was terrible. When we realized the heater was not working, we called the front desk, but then decided to just bear it because it was well after midnight, and we didn't want to wait until 1 or 2 am for a resolution that may never come.

It was in a great location. Very accessible to different venues. It was clean and the staff was nice. I couldn't say I disliked anything about the hotel.

It was nice to be able to park close to the room so I didn't have to haul my luggage all over the place. No mini refrigerator in room. This hotel was really nice! The lobby was classy, the rooms were spacious and I loved the Sleep Number bed! I also appreciated the location - very near to the interstate and NAU. I would definitely stay here again!

It was top-drawer from the moment you drove up to the large, glass, automatic front doors. The snippy little girl who first checked us in was less than courteous "third party" room arrangements were apparently were not to her liking. After the encounter with the snippy front desk clerk, I resolved the problem actually a misunderstanding based on inadequate info from that clerk with a more hospitable person who was the gracious welcoming personality you'd expect at a hotel as elegant as this one. The hotel is beautifully appointed, very well maintained, and the gracious staff except for one. Was a delight to work with!

Staff was friendly, close to freeway. Food was not good, room was very average. I would not stay here again. Ordered take out from restaurant and the entire order was wrong. Room was just average for claiming to be a higher star rating. Had to turn on fan in bathroom to keep outside noise from filtering in.

Good location, nice room, friendly staff. Hallways a bit noisy due to lot of late traffic. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly, facilities as expected and rooms quite comfortable.

The hotel and our experience were pretty good. The man who checked us in was a little snootier and seemed like he had more important things to do other than make sure I had everything I needed. He didn't make much eye contact, or smile. He didn't come off as very personable. The lobby seemed to be undergoing renovations, as well some other areas of hotel. Was disappointed that when I requested a smoking room for my husband, all smoking rooms have 2 queen size beds, no kings. No mini fridge in the room. Went to get ice, and the ice machine was not plugged in and working. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Temp in room was easy to control, and made it comfortable. Overall, for the two nights that we stayed there it served its purpose.

Good location. Good parking. TV was ancient and poor quality cable TV channel selection was a joke. Room was clean. Surrounding area was quiet. Staff was friendly. Good location. TV is of cave man vintage. Ice maker takes 5 minutes to fill the small room ice bucket which was true every day I used it.

The location was perfect for our needs. Sounded like rodeo clown convention playing basketball in room above us first night. Overall pleasant experience, nice lobby and common areas. Room was acceptable but was fairly basic no frills.

The staff was exceptional! The beds were not very comfortable. Overall, the hotel was great in terms of cleanliness, restaurants and hospitality. however, knowing that this chain does feature sleep number beds, I was disappointed to find that not all rooms are equip with them and unfortunately, I woke up a little sore because of the bed.

Well appointed, comfortable and really clean. I wish I could have spent more than one night there. The town was interesting and I would have liked to explore it more.

We paid a modest increase for a ""sleep number"" bed which is nothing more than an air mattress. They should discount rooms with these, not charge extra. The hotel is in the newer part pf town and looks new on the outside but the room could definitely use a remodel. The Woodlands cafe was surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. Flagstaff has always been a difficult place to find a decent room at any price and my stay just reaffirms this. Our room had 2 queens even though I requested a king and the view was of the roof and the false front over the hotel entry. I don't know where I would stay if I return to Flag but it won't be here.

I booked at Radisson Woodlands at the last minute, after deciding to visit Flagstaff on a whim. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and there was a complimentary bottle of water in the room, quite important in the dry environment. The restaurant was excelent for what it was (not a fine dining establishment, but better than some places I've been recently that claim to be). I ate in the sushi restaurant once, the preparation and service were well done, but some of the fish was so-so (particularly the shiro maguro). My only complaints about this hotel was that the air conditioning was a bit on the loud side, and housekeeping did not make it to my room on a day when I got a late start. If I find myself back in Flagstaff, this will definately be my first choice of hotel.

Heating/cooling system is VERY loud. The air event is near the ceiling by the hallway, and it was moving the heavy curtain at the window on the other end of the room. In our room, the wall unit to control heating and cooling wasn't working - the fan stayed on no matter what we did with the wall unit. Maintenance attempted twice to fix it without success, and finally disconnected it. We asked for a different room, but only smoking rooms were available, so we stuck it out for the night, thinking that we would discuss a price adjustment at check-out. You know that Radisson pledge to 'make it right or you don't pay for that portion of your stay?' Don't believe it. At checkout, I mentioned that the ventilation system didn't work, and that maintenance had attempted twice to fix it and failed, and that we would be interested in a price break. The young desk clerk told me that she wouldn't adjust the price because we had prepaid. In other words, we got your money, take a hike. No apology. No regrets expressed. No apparent concern that a repair was needed. No smile. It can be tough to find a room in Flagstaff, but I advise that you avoid the Radisson. Arrogant treatment (other than the maintenance guy - he knew more about customer service than anyone at the front desk), high price, noisy ventilation, basic worn room, no breakfast, ...We stayed at the La Quinta a few nights before, and had a better room at half the price.

Location. Parking could be improved. This is a basic hotel that is well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet (we traveled with 3 kids and the room next door said they didn't hear us). The Japanese steakhouse restaurant was fun - we enjoyed the chopping, flames, and other theatrics. The food was edible.

This hotel had a beautiful lobby with fireplace and an onsite restaraunt and bar. This hotel is centrally located in Flagstaff. Within walking distance of shopping and dining. Hotel lobby was very clean with beautiful fireplace. There are 2 on-site restaurants for dining as well as a small lounge. The rooms were clean and linens were comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. We had a great stay at this hotel.

Easy to find, interior corridors. Hard beds! Did not respond to my emails. This hotel has standard rooms, that are decent and clean, but no frills. The beds are hard. The hotel is in a nice area easy to find in Flagstaff.

Good location, great restaurant reasonably priced and tasty food. Sleep number beds are glorified air mattress used for camping. Did not hold air, were uncomfortable and loud. Overall pretty good. I would recommend ear plugs when staying here. The Sleep Number beds are glorified air mattresses like those used for camping. They didn't hold air, were uncomfortable and are loud when filling. You can hear people in the rooms around you filling their mattresses, people walking around in the room above, and the heater was kind of loud when it kicked on too. The lobby was beautiful and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to NAU, the observatory, museum and downtown.

Very clean new lovely roomy room. Noisy could hear everything doors rattled when other doors closed. Helpful staff-great room- kind of complicated to get ice. a lot of noise-before 7am Sunday, could hear every word near by- every shower, baby, car-just plain noisy Train noise not a factor. Too bad because it is otherwise a lovely hotel-loved the sleep number bed.

Friendly staff and a good location. Hot water was broken, no newspaper 2 days, dirty grout, one day room not perfect. The location is peaceful and in walking or short driving distance to many stores and restaurants. Our stay was comfortable, with some deficiencies. The hot water wasn't up to temperature and was not fixed, we didn't get the free news, the fire box went off falsely as my husband tried to nap, the bath grout could be cleaner, and the Sunday room clean-up wasn't us to quality. However, staff is friendly and the overall facilities clean and adequate with free parking.
