The outward appearance looks fairly dated and the corridors are a little dull, but the room was excellent, as was the service throughout. We fully intend to stay there again and make more time to use the super leisure facilities

Very Tired accomodation, After a long walk around the hotel i found my room to be poor and not inviting. I had booked for 2 days and it is situated very handy to motorway, however I have been back to Kent twice since stay and have stayed elsewhere. I think that sums it up!!

The staff were great, very helpful and attentive. There is plenty to do, pitch and putt, tennis, gym and swim all inclusive - not highest quality any of it but not bad. The room was a disappointment, it was tiny - with just enough room around the bed to stand. The restaurant and Bar was nice although the steak we ordered was shocking for the price - the other food was better. We complained about the steak and we were given a couple of free drinks to compensate, again the staff were great.

The hotel was easy to reach from the M20 but set in lovley peaceful surroundings. The hotel was also within easy reach of Maidstone town centre. I would strongly recommend this hotel to other people.

Generally very good hotel and quiet in its own grounds. My only complaint is that the bedrooms were too hot for a June night (even though the radiators were off and we had the windows open). Other guests felt the same (was there underfloor heating on?)

Reception & resturant staff are attentive, efficient and eager to please. Food quality was very good and I enjoyed the choice on the room service menu.

This hotel is seriously in need of an upgrade and looked shabby and grubby. To be fair, the room was ok, but the public areas not what would be expected from a Ramada Hotel. The reception staff were disinterested, the water was cold in the room and I ordered a meal from room service and it was truly awful and totally overpriced. Very disappointing.

A great stay I had a bad start to my stay because i had to wait 2 and a half hours for my rooms to bed ready and was only offered complimentary drinks after 2 hourws of waiting, but apart from that the stay was fantastic, the facilities were clean and well presented, the food was lovely and very good value for money.
