A little disapointed in the room after arriving quite late we wanted room service but unfortunately the phone did'nt work and the toilet did not work without a bit of effort. After reporting the faults the next morning we were moved to a lovely room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the water course. The staff were very polite friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent and overall I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Little things let it downthe quality of the evening meal is excellent. Breakfast isn't bad but very expensive. Try to get it included in your room price.The staff are friendly and helpful but occasionally you'll have one on doing both the bar and reception so this can lead to waiting around. I asked twice for the heater in my room to be fixed, it wasn't and the staff made no further comment (i.e. we've had a look etc.) This was very disappointing. Most staff seem to be very young and are perhaps inexperienced, but very friendly

evening receptionist was very polite and helpfull, room decor looked tired, shower area not clean/ black marks, carpet looked dirty,tired and had a smell, overall the room standards compared to a very low budget hotel, the modern outside image does not match the tired inside.the breakfast experience needs to improve,the bed, room lighting and tv were good. unfortunatly i didnt feel it was a good experience, and would not use this hotel again.
