Excellent quality/room. Breakfast was extensive. Only complaint is the inordinate length of time it took to check out.

An excellent hotel, nice staff and a good location for working in Swansea. Food and drink massively overpriced and breakfast didnt look very inviting either. I wouldn't pay £12 for a poor buffet of warm bacon and oily eggs.At £65, the room was a bargain compared to the silly rack rate they publish at £150 a night, but the hotel itself and the staff are excellent and I would stay again.

staff very pleasant and polite. Room was too hot and the weather was not particularly warm. No fans available. The lighting system was not helpful as they are all linked apart from one and this builds up heat in the room and must use more energy than is needed.

New rooms have creaky sqeaky matresses - not great.Room service at weekends is bad. Takes up to 30 minutes to get through to place an order and then takes another hour for delivery. On one occassion the order was not correct.

As above I could find nothing to critise about any aspects of this hotel, as for me the added bonus was a room where I could smoke, I have used the hotel twice now and will be going back again in the near future

Not bad for a no frills hotel situated within an industrial park. Relaxed & friendly atmosphere, comfortable rooms, decent carvery & dessert (£15),.... didn't try breakfast, small but fun pool & gym (less water on the mens changing room floor please), simple layout, Tesco's close by.
