The worst highway access I've ever seen Lewis & Clark couldn't find the entrance This is one of the Holiday Inns that are being ignored by corporation. Ironic that the founder of Holiday Inn envisioned a chain that would guarantee uniform quality: the top and bottom Holidays are terribly far apart. All around were the signs of decay:long waits at the restaurant, broken/dirty security doors, and above all...no travelers guide could ever give adequate directions to the hotel.

The staff It was old and needs updated I thought the hotel was in a convenient spot...although it is off the beaten path and if you are coming in at night you could easily miss the entrance. The hotel clearly needs updated and I understand that is happening. The room was clean, but the hallway carpet was very bumpy and needs to be stretched or replaced, but the helpful staff made it worth it.

The hotel is damn near impossible to get to. The hotel is damn near impossible to get to. The city of Bridgton refuses to allow the hotel to put up signs, consequently, it is difficult to find the hotel.

The hotel lobby personnel were friendly but that's about it When we checked in, there was a line but that's not the hotel's fault. It was extremely hot in the lobby. There was no coffee at the tables set out for the coffee. The restaurant at the hotel was horrible -- we didn't even stay for breakfast. Couldn't get waited on.

The girl working the front desk was very nice and helpful. The other guests were ghetto and the hotel was in ill repair. The place was not kept well. The door to my room did not open properly and got stuck. The bed was hard as a rock. The television kept turning itself off. When I was walking down the hall to my room I noticed two holes in the wall. I was on the second floor.

The Ramada in St. Louis was a good deal for the price. However, the cleaniless left a lot to be desired. Also, the continental breakfast was a joke. Cereal, but no milk and very few choices at all. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The location was difficult to get to.

Friendly staff and basically clean rooms Very noisy in the hallway outside the door. Overall for the money, was everything I expected. The location was a bit aggravating as you have to drive around in a big circle to get there but otherwise it was satisfactory.

Difficult to find entry; dirty hallways, elevator broken-had to carry bags up 3 flights at 2:00am; room cold; broken clock/radio; indifferent attitude Extremely difficult to find entrance to hotel from airport. Rooms and hallways were dirty. Night manager indifferent to conditions - ex. stood in hallway 20 minutes and reported broken elevator three times before finally lugging bags up three flights of stairs. Requested smoking room, given non-smoking room. When contacted, told to go ahead and smoke" by night manager. Basically, a very unsatisfactory experience."

Stale musty odor in hallways and rooms. Carpeting dirty, spider webs with insects in corners near elevators. Rooms smell of milldew.

This hotel is completely torn apart. The restaurant had just reopened that day but without improvements because they had lost their liquor license and could no longer serve food in bar. The pool was closed (we booked for the pool) and hallways smelled musty. Bottom sheets on bed were both inside out making me wonder if they had been changed or just ""turned over."" Employees were very nice and helpful.

The rooms, facilities, and bathrooms are old and NASTY - stains on floor, walls, in tub, etc. Under new management - VERY unorganized - tried to overcharge us, did not book us for 2 nights as requested-we were locked out of hotel because of this, advertised free breakfast-NOT TRUE (3 per glass of juice for example, no one mentioned until AFTER we ordered) - activites listed on internet not really available - We will never return

We checked into the hotel under a 'Park and Fly' deal, which was great. The young shorter gentleman that checked us in was nice and professional, as well as the lady he was working with. I have several complaints of the hotel. It's very old, everything is run-down. The dining room is in the hallway, the room stunk, the food was overpriced, and the carpet was completely ripped apart (some of the carpet was gone on the lower level). I would of have an awful experience, but the friendliness of the staff was the only thing that was acceptable. Go somewhere else!

It had many different options to do inside. Very slow to respond to our problems. This is a decent Hotel - but not as impressive as most Holidomes. The pool is small and it just doesn't look as kept up as it should. It was fine - if you just want to sleep and go.

Shuttle to airport, park and fly Hvac was not functional in lobby area. one hour wait to check in Second time i've stayed at this hotel. terrible experience both times. this time there was no air conditioning in the lobby. lines were literally out the door. staff were stressed and so were the patrons. rooms were not ready. and this was checking in at 7:00pm. double booking rooms. were given keys to a room and people were already in it. only perk... staff gave out a free draft beer coupon for the bar. wow! some had to wait 2+ hours for their room to become available. what a fiasco.

Friendly staff. Dirty room, floor was constantly wet, shabby overall beyond the lobby areas. The room at this hotel was dirty and the floor was constantly "wet." My wife walked on the carpet in white socks, which ended up being covered with grime. The beds were HARD. Not a great experience, even with the friendliness of the staff.

Do not stay in there! Room was dirty, hair in the towel, no refrigerator. And they were not kind at all. Breakfast was a kind of cereal and milk, toast bread and butter, jam. That's all. As I wanted to swim in the evening, I asked them the location of the pool, and they said one of the pipes in the swimming pool was broken at that day morning, so it would have a chemical problem. I went to look around the pool, two kids were swimming already cause they did not put any sign! And they said it would be fixed by the next morning, but it was not. So I asked another worker there about the pool, he said they checked the pool PHD everyday so there's no problem. When I told him that yesterday a woman in the front desk said not to use the pool, and then he said who told you that? and It was an account manager. So I didn't know well. I checked the swimming pool in the morning, it had an ugly green color and smells bad. I thought they have lied to everyone.

None. Felt just like a Motel 6. Room was hot and AC took hours to cool it off. TV was awful. This is a one-star hotel at best. Hotel is worn out and needs serious remodel. AC took hours to cool the room down. TV is awful in both channel selection and quality. If you're a fan of Motel 6, then this hotel is for you.

The Ramada was overall a decent place to stay, especially for the price. The only issues I had were the general unkemptness of the overall property and the fact they had huge areas of the hotel blocked off (such as the fitness room and kid's play area). The hot tub was colder than the pool but the pool was nice. Overall a decent experience.

We did the park sleep and fly deal. The driver at 7am had no intention of providing us with the ride to the airport. Actually suggested we take a taxi. When 3 more also wanted a ride to airport, he decided to take us. I think he went to sleep at a stop light. Waited almost an hour to get a ride from the airport to our car at the hotel.

The room size?? The room, pool, stairwells(ETC.)were dirty, Hallway carpet were unsafe, (uneven/buckled.) Should be rated 1/2. YES, They had a pool that was yellow and VERY dirty, and TOO many kids in it, with mostly the employees children. That were rude and disrespecful, thinking they owned the whole facilty. The air conditioner didn't work, the TV kept fussing. My children couldn't wait to leave.... Wasn't a good time at all...
