Hotel is in very good location, close to everything, you cannot find a good deal like this. the only thing i did not like is next room is under renovation and woke up with a lot of noise. we just thought that if we are not going to get up, the wall frame might fall on top of our face. then the breakfast, but like what i have said it still a good deal though breakfast is not that good, thats why on the next day we went to ihop for breakfast instead.

Here are the basics. Staff was great. Room was big. Bed was TERRIBLE! I've had closets bigger than the bathroom. Showerhead was great.....if you're 5'2". Showercurtain wouldn't stay shut so I bought duct tape to keep it shut. We had to buy our own towels because the rags they gave us were circa 1975, though the towel quality DID improve by the end of the week. (Good thing Target is just down the street.) Housekeeping didn't latch the door one day & we came back to an open room - we're lucky we didn't lose anything. Parking is very limited especially on Friday and Saturday nights, but they have a deal with a neighboring hotel for parking. Breakfast was VERY limited but fresh and good. Pool and hot tub seems like a total afterthought - "Crap! We forgot a pool! We'll just put it on the ground level where that room is!" But the hottub was clean and hot and made my back feel better in the morning after sleeping on the bed. TV channels were quite limited but luckily we didn't go to So.Cal. to watch tv. It would have been nice if the front desk would offer tram passes (the shuttle to Disneyland is operated by the City of Anahiem) but I made the short walk to the DoubleTree front desk to buy them.We wouldn't stay here again. Our thinking was that we'd save a little money but I think next time, it will be worth the extra money to stay in a nicer hotel with a better bed and bathroom.

We have never been to this hotel, nor this area, before. We were not sure what to expect. We were very pleased with the ease of checkin and the assistance to finding our room. There were PLENTY of dining choices and was across the street form Disney's Californis. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

This hotel was pretty much what I expected for the money. It is older, but was mostly clean. (We thought it was quite clean until we opened the sofa bed and saw a mostly empty bottle of alcohol that had fallen between the cushions.) The free breakfast was nice, and included fresh waffles. However, the VERY small plates they gave you to use were a little annoying. We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep. The pool is VERY small, and wasn't worth getting into. The hot tub did not look much better, and was really foamy. We opted out of both. One ice maker was down while we were there. Again, if you are going on a budget, this might be for you. As for my family, we will probably try to upgrade to something else next time.

This is the first time i go to California and when we got to the hotel the receptionist was very kind and gave us info on the transportation services offered. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and i need to give props to one although i didnt get her name she was very kind enough to let me borrow her cell phone to make a long distance phone call so that i didnt have to pay it by using my room phone whoever u were thank you so much. I really liked the fact that we had a bunch of pillows that where very fluffy and very comfortable the hotel is very close to Disneyland i would say that walking distance it was about 6 blocks but i might be wrong it could be closer loved the fact that they have breakfast and its not a sucky breakfast they give you cereal waffles bread toast jelly juice milk coffee and if your not into that there are fast food restaurants very super close to the restaurant and gas stations for munchies. Overall i would definitely stay at that hotel again when i book my next trip.

Front Desk did not have my reservation ready, they were confused about another location. the weather was in mid 30's, cold nights, the heater went out and they did nothing to fix it. service did not occur untile the last night. They told me there was nothing they could do about it other than extra blankets. I believe they turned power off to the heater, I know I am a master electrician. We were there from Dec. 17-21, 2008. Breakfast was very simple, tables were too close together, the door was never closed, cold wind was coming in during breakfast. Parking spaces are very close to each other. I would recomend the $4 transportation to/from disney. The walk would be more than 15 min.

THe price for a suite is not bad at all if you're just looking for a cheap suite. If you are picky, this is not for you. if you are on the 1st floor, you can hear the foot steps from the top floors all night. You won't be able to sleep if there are children upstairs, all they do is run. The carpet has stains everywhere, some look like cum stains They don't look for these details. My iron stained my clothes because it had plastic burnt into it. The jacuzzi, when on, smelled like you were inside a sewer. The beds are really comfortable, they use serta quality mattresses and the rooms have a fridge, phones, microwave, sink on top of the tv, and a sofa that turns into a bed. Their wireless internet sucks because you have to go outside to use it, and cell phones have an extremely low signal inside the room.

After two weeks of trying to get an actual human to talk to us, I finally spoke to representative of the Reservation Network today in regard to a stay we were charged for but received no notice we had confirmed. She did call Ramada as instructed by the online error message, and was told that she did not have a reservation. Repeat, she was told that she did not have a reservation. We were charged anyway. I say "we" because she is a college student and my dependent daughter. Ramada representatives stonewalled us repeatedly for over a week of daily contacts, followed by unreturned messages and "dropped" calls by Reservation network. This all started when my college-age daughter, who has traveled all over the country without her parents, tried to make a reservation online for New Year's Eve so she and a group of friends could go to Disneyland. She received an error message that she did not have a reservation, and made other arrangements for 12/31. She was shocked to find out later, as she looked over her bank statement, that she was charged for a stay she had no confirmation of. In fact, the only communication she received told her she did not have a reservation. Consequently, we are out over $150.00 for a hotel room she did not use and which she had no idea she had a reservation for. The one Ramada representative she talked too (after many attempts by us to contact them) couldn't even look up the right records, but referred us to the online service, who did not return calls, and by the time I finally got a person to talk who was in a position to do something about this matter, "it was too late." This, after we had been trying

It's close to Disneyland which was a benefit, the only other thing we liked was we got a fairly large room with a separate sitting area, couch, t.v. etc.. The Bathroom was dirty and the tile in the floor were all loose, there was no grout. The room smelled a little funny and was way outdated. The outside of the hotel was very old and falling apart. We came back from Disneyland late the first night and there were no parking spaces left. We had 3 sleeping children and the night manager had parked his car in both the front parking spots so he wouldn't get his nice car scratched. He was taking up 2 spaces! When we asked him to move he said it was hotel policy for him to do that. So he told us to park down the street where it was dark no lights at all next to an alley where they had purchased another small lot with about 5 spaces. So my husband unloaded all the kids and the stuff @ 1 am and took them upstairs while I parked the car. This happened every night we were at Disneyland. The last straw was when he again double parked and told my husband to park the car across the street in an abandoned restaurant lot, no lights no nothing! The place had windows that were broken out and he wanted us to park there instead of moving his precious car! My husband said no, what happens if something happens to my car. The night manager said "If the police tow it we'll take care of it and if any damage happens the hotel will take care of it". So my husband comes back outside to tell me & I tell my husband, "It says on the parking permit we signed that the hotel is "Not responsible for vehicle damage while the vehicle is on the lot"! So he not only tried to get us to park somewhere illegally, he lied to us on top of it! We were in the parking lot for 30 min's trying to resolve the problem and the only excuse he gave us was under Ca law when the hotel was first purchased they were not required to have a parking space/hotel room. What would've happened had we gotten our car towed? What a

I expected more being a Ramada. The room was a bit beat up and worn. Good price, but it may be worth the extra cost to go to another location.

The Holel faucet was broken, we had to call maintence to come fix it, water was going all over the place, most of the legs on the end tables were broken and unsteady and they were painting the building during peak hours...I'm just glad my family did'n accidentally brush up against the walls and ruin our clothes!
