The rooms were lovely, the shower was great, the mattress was superb. Some of the food in the Coffee Shop needed more seasoning. Lovely surroundings, excellent, attentive and friendly staff, luxurious room and appointments, different and interesting games.

When we called to make initial reservations we were told that only Thursday night was available, so we booked one night and booke dthe other two nights at another Station casino/resort. When we arrived at Red Rock we were told there was actually a room available for all three nights. Very expensive for the two additional nights. Was it worth it? Yes but there was construction and it was loud, there was a concert in the pool area and it was LOUD, and the air conditioning vent blows right on the bed. The Flat screen TV is nice but it stop working twice and when we called to have it fixed no one came, so we went downstairs to request help, no one came. We happened to see the maintenance man in the hall and no one had called him but he came in and fixed it - twice. The location itself is awesome, the desert is gorgeous. The pool area was really nice although there was some convention of drunken real estate sales idiots swimming around with beer bottles, several bottles floating in the water. We would go back, due to the excellent location, the people were very nice, and the food was excellent and fairly priced. Try the buffet!! The place was very clean and we felt safe.

The overall experience was very good except for when checking in. They weren't very polite in their services. Also it took about 20 minutes to get to the strip, but they did offer free shuttles.

For a person who dislikes Las Vegas, I was pleasantly surprised to find I loved the Red Rock Resort. The staff's courtesy ranks above the Ritz Carlton. From the shuttle driver to the concierage, everyone was happy and wanted to make my trip enjoyable. I appreciated the elevators that needed my room card in order to board. Safety of their guests is a priority at Red Rock. I definitly will stay there again for business or pleasure.

"This is a very cool and trendy resort hotel with great decor and well-thoughtout, beautifully decorated, clean rooms. The pool area is fantastic and there is a movie theatre in the hotel. There are restaurants to suit every palate and budget. So much to do here you hardly need to go to the strip in Las Vegas for fun!"

The Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa was a superb getaway experience. We wanted to stay off the strip, and this was the perfect place. The hotel and casino staff were pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were the best. The marble floors in the bathroom were exquisite, the deep bathtub with flat screen t.v. for viewing while bathing was beyond anything we've ever experienced. The rooms were state-of-the-art with a beautiful decor, separate marbled stall shower, flat screen t.v.s, separate toilet area (with sliding door)for privacy, a posturpeadic bed with heavenly pillows and a beautiful view of the mountains. Who could ask for anything more? We have already recommended this resort/spa to all of our friends.

Hotel very clean and beds very comfortable. Check in very slow even though we arrived at midnight. There were two people at the front desk but only one seemed interested in doing their job! Cannot understand the resort fee of 24.99 - really just an extra charge for nothing. Internet only worked in the room, not able to use it at the pool. You would think that for 24.99 a night extra they would print your boarding passes, but no that was an extra $20.00 charge! That is ridiculous - just went to the Office Depot across the street and had it done for $1.40. Website bookings do not tell you what you have booked. Had to phone the hotel three times to get confirmation of the package that we booked. Other than that, everything was great and our kids really enjoyed the pool and all the amenities.

We just returned from a six day stay at Red Rock. It was a refreshing getaway for my husband and me. The property and location are beautiful. Our room looked out at the beautiful Red Rock Canyon - much better to me than all the lights and noise of the Strip. The service was excellent - we used the concierge several times to book a show, a restaurant, and for directions. Our room was lovely, comfortable and tasteful. The Spa massages were expensive, but worth it! They totally pampered us. We're not gamblers, so we appreciated that we didn't have to wind our way through the casino to get our car. I think this would be a fun place for families - movie theatres, kid play zone, bowling alley - and proximity to the natural beauty of the Red Rock Canyon National Preserve.

The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming. Our room was facing the strip and @ night it was amazing!!! The service was wonderful, I really felt we were valued as a guest, from the front desk to the housekeeping people all were pleasant and allways smiling & very helpful...The Spa itself was also a very positive experienc clean & refreshing aromas as well as soft music after a facial was very relaxing. What I did notice was that the hair products were not nearly as good as when I was visiting when the spa opened. I would have to say the experiece as a whole was great...except for the pool being closed for 3-4 days.. I would come back to Red Rock again......P.S I was able to get a good nights sleep on the comfortable mattress!!!

The Red Rock Casino and Resort was in a perfect location for our intersts. We came to Nevada to climb at Red Rocks during the day and wine and dine at night. At the hotel we were able to do exactly what we intended. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The best part of the hotel was that as you checked in or as you come and go, you never had to go through the smokey casino. There was also an elegant bar at the lobbey level that was smoke free. Another convience was the free valet parking for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation for our 20th wedding anniversary.

the red rock casino is an excellent hotel but it is very expensive and there seems to be not only a wide variation of rates paid by individuals at the conference i was attenting but also other hidden costs because the resort is so far out of vegas. i had to pay 40.00 dollars for a shuttle as i arrived at 8.00pm and the last shuttle left at 8pm even though i had called the hotel to ask if they could hold the shuttle for 10 minutes. secondly there was not only the added taxes but also a 20.oo per night resort fee i did not use the resort amenities so this was a very high extra unnecessary cost for me.

we have been to vegas a dozens times. and each time we try to make it a point to stay at a different hotel each time.. it's not that bad a drive. during our five days at the resort we must have gone for dinner or shopping four or five trips. more comfortable and so deadly hot. this is our fourth trip to vegas in the summer and everytime we prepare ourselves on how hot it can get. there's a bowling alley on the resort and plus a movie theathre too. so great for family. there's also a food court inside the hotel too if u craving for that kind of thing. i do not recommend the evening buffet there. the breakfast buffet is ok, but then again you're only paying $6.99. good for a fresh omellete, fruit and coffee. there are many resturants nearby the hotel. the decor of the hotel is nice and my kids loved the flat panel tv by the tub when taking a bath. when staying at this resort i do recommend u rent a car, i recommend everytime u come to vegas to rent a car parking is free everywhere. there is one thing about this hotel i don't like is the rooms next to yours is a little thin. u can hear people coughing at night or even using the washroom. so if u have party goers be prepared not to sleep or ask to move. i was lucky because my other part of the family was next door.
