Only valet parking $28.00 was way too much. The hotel itself was really nice. We had a great view of Atlanta from our 22nd story balcony. The only bad things were the hotel only has valet parking which was too much in my book $28 per night and the ambulance sirens all night long.

The beds. Noise level related to outside activity. This hotel was to far from downtown. We had to drive everywhere resulting in horrible parking charges. I would not recommend this hotel for people attending the Americus Mart.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was extra clean. Location was not a place that we felt comfortable walking. My husband was asked for money in the lounge bathroom. I have used Priceline before and had very good experiences with 4 - 5 star hotels in downtown Atlanta - for ridiculously low prices. The Renaissance is very old - which is alright except that it is not in a location that qualifies it to be a 3-4 Star hotel. The staff was friendly but I am a runner and when you do not feel comfortable walking around or running in the morning outside of the hotel, it cannot be classified as upscale.

The guy that told us to be quieter was friendly about it. This hotel was great for our trip to the Georgia Dome. Convenient location, had fun on New Year's Eve. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Very good location. Parking! The lot was too far, valet too expensive. The rooms were very nice - good decorations, comfortable beds, nice space in the bathroom.

Very clean. Noisy muffler on streets and constant police sirens. The hotel itself is very good with friendly staff. Clean and very close to subway.

Clean hotel with helpful staff. Lots of traffic noise since it is adjacent to I-75. This is a nice, convenient hoel downtown Atlanta. Expect traffic noise because of the close proximity to the Interstate.Nice downtowns views, expect to pay to park anywhere you go downtown.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean including the bathroom. I am very picky when it comes to bathrooms. I had forgotten that the package I booked included breakfast so the people in the dinning room looked up my reservation and told me it was included when I was going to pay. The breakfast buffet was very nice with all sorts of hot and cold options along with fresh fruit, yogurt, etc... Not like the crapy breakfast buffets offered at other hotels. Overall we were very pleased and would stay again.

Checked in with no problems, found it right off the interstate. Valet parking made getting my car easy although you might want to call ahead for your car. Quiet room, great view from the third floor. Stay was too short.

This hotel was really nice. Quiet and peaceful. The bed was so comfortable as well as the room (cozy) Nice view of ATL. It is close to everything within the downtown area. Train station within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel. It is really nice! Will stay here again!

We stayed at the Renaissance for one night to see a show at the Atlanta Civic Center. This is an excellent 5 star hotel with a 3 star price.. The staff were all helpful and friendly and the room was spacious and beautifully furnished and clean. I wish the hotel industry would get a clue and go to queen sized beds instead of full. The down side was the bed size for two adults and two young teens full is way too little. But it is like that in every hotel. The other down side is that the hotel is located in a pretty seedy area. Other than that we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. The price was very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was great and included in the room price. The wait staff in the restaruant were pleasant and helpful, as were housekeeping and the front desk. The concierge was probably the lease helpful and friendly of the bunch. Anyway great job Renaissance!

"Overall positive experience. I did have a question about my bill upon checkout (double charged for one night) and was met with a cold, but efficient response. Valet was slow; concierge directions were confusing. Beds were quite comfy though. I'd consider this hotel again, but it's not a sure thing for me."

I liked the size of my room. It is not close enough to the GWCC. Based on previous reviews I was expecting a high level of noise but was pleasantly surprised. I only heard ambulance sirens twice and they weren't late at night. I really didn't care for the lobby music because combined with people trying to talk it was way to loud for my taste.

To see downtown Atlanta it is a great facility. Prices in lobby are higher than almost any city. The lobby was very professional and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a great place downtown but the area is questionable in terms of being out at night. I do recommend this facility overall.
