Good location, comfortable bed, upscale. Extra charges for parking, WiFi. Very nice, clean, upscale hotel with amenities (Starbucks, dining facilities, room service), great, heated pool, nice size gym.

Proximity to reliant stadium. I was double charged for parking, hotel charged my credit card I had to pay in garage. Hotel was fine, however I was charged twice for parking. I am still trying to get my money refunded. 10$ was charged to my credit card for parking and I had to pay to leave the garage.

The food from Room Service was very good. It was difficult to figure out where the guest parking was.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. We left a pillow and makeup mirror. Called lost and found. The pillow was found the mirror was not returned. I thought the experience at the hotel was very good. The room was newly decorated. It was really nice except the bathroom floor was sticky (hair spray) and there was mildew on the bathroom tile. I was surprised at that! Considering the hotel is under renovation it was well kept. We enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance.

Starbucks in the lobby! Greenway Plaza can be difficult to navigate until you know where you are going. The Renaissance Houston Hotel at Greenway Plaza is a very nice and well kept upscale hotel in the Medical Center area of Houston. It's location on US 59 North puts you within reach of the Reliant Stadium area, but still keeps you away from the traffic and dinginess of the south 610 Loop. It's a short drive to the stadium, but too far to walk. The hotel is surrounded by several nice eateries and a limited amount of shopping. However, if you're looking for more, you can find it with a short trip south on US 59. The Greenway Plaza area is very well kept and provides a very safe feel. However, it can be tricky to navigate until you learn where you are going. Don't get your driving directions from Map Quest! Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We self parked for the very reasonable rate of $10, but valet parking is available. If you're looking for something in the Med Center District or something close to the Reliant Stadium area, you'll like the Renaissance.

Location. Breakfast wasn't very good at all. Overall, this was a great hotel. We went for the pre-season game between Houston and Dallas. Hotel was a perfect location for out of town tailgaters!

Room was appointed nicely. Hotel parking was a nightmare. Overall it was a very effective stay. We were there for an NFL game the following morning and it worked out beautifully. Nice rooms great morning breakfast buffet and 15 minutes to Reliant stadium.

Rooms were large and well appointed. Paid for parking as a guest of the hotel. Good hotel for business usage, not very convenient for social/weekend use.

Good bed. Long walk to parking area. They tried to charge me $9.00 a day for parking and I did not use their parking lot. Their parking lot had a six foot ceiling and my car is higher.

Having a bar and Starbucks in the lobby. The parking lot under the hotel was confusing since it shared space with a mall. This hotel is located near the medical centers in downtown Houston. The staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and for a business traveler very relaxing. In the lobby there is a hotel bar and Starbucks. Overall a very nice hotel and I would recommend it anyone.

Very nice, clean easy access to freeway. Access to hotel and parking. Hotel lobby and staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms had comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Not very pleased with the view.

The room was spacious and clean. The lobby is drab and uninviting. Our second stay. The self-parking took a couple of tries to find, even after having done it 6 months ago. I think we exited several different ways, but never figured out which was which, very disorienting, and I'm an architect.
