Great five star hotel with all the amenities The staff did not have perfect english, but live with it! The is an excellent first class hotel, with all of the amenities that you would expect. It had the best restaurant of any of the hotels on my european vacation. The location is excellent, next to a very upscale shoping area. The staff is excellent and the property is well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hamburg Renaissance Hotel is well located for sightseeing, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The only things that bothered us were the charges for parking and internet use, which I feel could have been lower.

Good location, quiet environment, very helpful staff. Air conditioning was a bit difficult to adjust. Very nice hotel with a good location near city Centrum and shops. Quiet area with a walking distance to most places. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We loved the staff, the room, the location - everything. A wonderful experience. We liked everything. The location could not be better, 2 minutes to Jungfernstieg and Binnenalster and public transportation. It's In the middle of a huge shopping district, the room was spotless und tastefully decorated, and the staff was extraordinary friendly. A wonderful experience of which we enjoyed every single minute. Highly recommended!
