Quiet and gourmet coffe in room, very easy to operate safe box. Small tv in room even it was flat, but very small. Very quiet area, relatively short distances to las Vegas strip area, you will find gourmet coffee in room as well as a safe box & a fridge.

We didn't even know the hotel was there after visiting LV many times. We used in for one night before moving to Planet Hollywood. We very very impressed and wish we would have stayed at the Renaissance the whole visit.

Slow to respond, had to pay for internet. Very few TV channels. There were things missing from the room upon our arrival. Staff was very slow to respond. There are no vending machines. If you want a snack, you have to order room service. Spent $30 on an omelet and salad without drinks. Internet was $13 a night. Cheap hotels give internet for free. Very few TV channels. The bedding was uncomfortable along with the pillows. The location was very convenient for the convention center, but that was the only positive.

Staff was so friendly and the bed was very comfy! I wish they provided shuttle service to/from the airport. I was very happy with this modern non-gaming resort. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! I arrived at noon and although check-in wasn't until 4 pm I was checked into my room immediately. The room was very nice with a king bed with pillow top and down comforter. I will definitely stay at The Renaissance again!

"In LV for a convention. The Wynn was out of the budget - howerer I was looking for design, and comfort from ""W"" hotels. This is a great LV compromise - affordable, design, elegent modern architecture, great rooms and welcoming bathroom ammenities, non-gaming, GREAT Staff and just steps away from the LV Rail or the Wynn shuttle bus. Used room service on occasion - food was fine. Java shop on the ground floor was great for that morning yogurt & fruit and espresso or tea."

The bell staff was very good. The pool was too small. Room service prices were high for average food, and the hotel did not have a shuttle. However, rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the hotel was within walking distance of the monorail.

Location. The walls are paper thin, could hear every word the neighbors said.

Hotel staff was very courteous. Located by Convention Center. Not convenient for strip. Free Valet Parking. Good facility. Room cleanliness just ok. The Hotel amenities were used, hair on shower drain, lavy plugged. The facility and the Hotel were great - the service excellent. Non-smoking environment in Nevada - awesome. The staff had a great attitude. The location is sub-optimal for tourists since it is off the strip. However, there is a monorail stop close by and it is across from the Convention Center. Great business hotel. No shopping, sightseeing or casino in the immediate vicinity. Choice of restaurants on site also limited. Room cleanliness leaves can be improved.

Location and a good staff. The vending machines did not work, and did not seem like they were going to be fixed. I did enjoy the location. It was right were my wife andI planned because of the Monorail. The staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice and well kept. Our room was perfect for what we needed. Good size, and a nice bed.

Attentive staff and great location near conference center. Restaurant overpriced and not that good. Very nice hotel. No casino, very quiet. Business oriented and very close to the Convention Center.

Beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff were rude. Too far away from everything. Cab fare cost me more than the hotel. Would have been cheaper to stay on the strip due to cab fares.

Very nicely appointed. Nice bathrooms. Location is a bit off the strip and hard to go south from it. The location is not ideal. It is located on Paradise Rd, right next to the Convention Center, but if you want to go south on Paradise Rd, as you most likely will (almost everything fun in Vegas is to the south of this hotel), you will have to go north and make a dangerous U turn at the next light.

Fitness area had all of the needed equipment for a good workout, plus cold water provided. New showerheads are needed. Liked the no smoking atmosphere and no gambling but close to the Strip if you wanted to gamble. The welcome chocolate and Jelly Bellies at check in were a nice way to start the visit. Pool area small. Beds comfortable, bathroom large.

Cleanliness, staff and decor. Location off the strip. The only downside to this hotel is the location and the lack of variety in places to eat. Everything else was great.

Beds were great! The food was VERY expensive at all three meals of the day! The comfort level and the staff were both excellent. The bar and restaurant were both very expensive. They must think that everyone that stays there has a business travel expense. Housekeeping and maintenance were great as well.

It was very quiet Room was still warm when we checked out. The room was an OK room. The air conditioner did not get the room cool enough for my likings. The people at the front counter was very helpful to help me find a restaurant I wanted to eat at.

Separate bath/shower, HDTV in the room, comfy beds. Difficulty finding it late at night. Above average hotel, possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and professional, and I plan on staying there again very soon.

Hotel was very business like, and not really for families. Hotel was very proffesionally run, very business like and very clean. We found it not very suitable for children. And were most disappointed that the pool was unuasable and we didn't know untill we arrived.
