The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel was very difficult to find. The hotel was hard to find but clean and the rooms were large. It was dated but fine for a short stay. The bed was super comfortable.

Very helpful staff! Convenient to underground. The Jacuzzi was cold. A business hotel, but acceptable for family. Good location with access to underground and sites to see.

It had the best bed I ever slept in. The location was ok but not very convenient to the city center. 2 subways and 20 minutes were required. The hotel was excellent however in Europe most hotels include breakfast. This hotel did not. At 24 euros per person per breakfast this cost offset the savings. It was an excellent buffet breakfast but not for 24 euros. Stay at the hotel but eat breakfast in town.

The Munich Marriott was just steps away from the underground subway system. The Munich Marriott is a big hotel which hosts many American visitors. The staff speaks English very well and was helpful when we asked for restaurant recommendations and directions. When they hear it was my birthday, they had a fruit bowl delivered to the room! Very nice place. Not downtown but just steps to the underground subway which will take you around Munich very nicely.

Nice hotel, nice room. Parking prices. A nice hotel a short Metro ride from the centre but the parking was over priced.

Nice beds. Price of breakfasts was ridiculous, no air con. Very pleasant staff in a hotel that needs updating. We got great info on what ticket to get for public transport ('9/day for family), which is needed as everything is a bit away from the hotel. We got our stay in the hotel car park as complimentary. The pricing structures need looking at -cooked breakfast at '24 per person?'18 per person for continental!

We were offered a stay for breakfast get-away special here when searching for a place to stay in Munich that was a good value for the price. We hit the jackpot! We got our room with two beds and a garden view with a balcony for 69 Euros, including breakfast for two. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom is a bit older, but just fine. Their breakfast is a fantastic buffet of hot and cold foods and wonderful pastries. The staff treat you very, very well and try to meet your needs for anything you ask. We were offered bathrobes and slippers and a welcome treat was left in our room with a personal note. The hotel is true to its Marriott brand. The subway entrance is directly next door, so we took the train in from the airport to the subway and the hotel without a problem. We bought a day pass for the subway and commuter trains and traveled all over Munich from our hotel. I would definitely stay there again!!

We stayed here to complete our travels around Europe and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and very comfortable. It was a 10 min ride on the U-Bahn to get right downtown and there was a shuttle nearby that took us directly to the airport for 10.50 euro. The staff was very helpful, with lots of advice since neither of us had been to Munich before. We would definitely be staying here our next time in town!

This hotel was fantastic. The only reason I did not score it as excellent is because our room was hot. I am not sure if there was no airconditioning or if it was broken during our stay. Aside from the heat, the room was extremely comfortable. After two weeks of traveling and staying at sub-par hotels, this hotel was a much welcome luxary. It is less than 5 minute walk to the metro station and travel into the city is really easy. I would definitely stay here again and the price was great compared to other hotels. The staff was very friendly except the maids came into our room several times to check various things which got a little annoying (but they were very nice about it).

Nice rooms. Staff not the most friendly. This a very nice business hotel around the corner from a U Bahn station. It is very convenient to everywhere in Munich.

The meal was far too expensive. Hotel is perfect for the upscale traveller. Although the location is not the best access to the subway is just around the corner. In Munich the subway system is a breeze to get around on.
