The location was perfect for specific travel reasons. The room had a lovely view and was very clean. It was decorated in a romantic motif. The location was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and the room itself was lovely. Would definitely make a return visit. Thank you priceline.

My husband and I partied at Heaven, a club that existed on that very spot 27 years ago. The lobby is lovely. The staff, the bedding, the ambiance was just my style.

Good location with view of the river and stadium. Valet parking was inadequate. Nice historical hotel. Large room. Beds are not comfortable however. Valet parking was not out front 3 out of 4 times when we needed him. Self parking is cheap and right across the street.

Location, clean rooms, linens on bed and bathroom. Liked everything! Noise in the hall was sometimes loud. Renaissance Pittsburgh is the place to stay! Beautiful, staff is very attentive and very luxurious bedrooms.

The location; cleanliness, ease of check-in and check-out. Restaurant and bar too expensive for our budget. Beautiful and clean. The restaurant and bar were too expensive to eat/drink at but there were other places very close by to go to.

A great hotel. The location was perfect in regards to the baseball stadium. Staff was very nice and helpful. Just had to step out and walk across the bridge. Room was very clean and shower was good. I would have expected an HD TV in the room though. I also would have like to have a room with a view of the stadium / river. Breakfast was pricey, but many places are within walking distance. Also, don't expect to park at the hotel - you have to park a block or two away. No big deal, just would have liked to known that ahead of time.

Well preserved with old world charm. We were very pleased with the hotel! It met our expectations. The room was large and the linens met my expectations! The bathroom was roomy with granite and nice linens. The parking was efficient with immediate response for our vehicle. Definitely would stay there again!

Marble lobby. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean. Bellman always opened doors for you! Staff was friendly and great city location!

Excellent concierge, very friendly, especially with children. The children were respected as much as I was. From the moment we entered the hotel (our valet greeted us immediately) we were treated with the utmost respect. The entire staff was awesome. Very courteous and caring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Pittsburgh. The entire hotel was spotless. All staff took the time to care and help with special needs. They went above and beyond.

Staff. Facilities. The hotel had a water problem and shut down the system at midnight, no running water to use bathroom facility. It also triggered an alarm in the building next door that sounded for more than two hours.

I came with a friend in early January and the stay at the hotel was amazing. Great room, valet, guest services, restaurant and location. It was an easy walk to the T and the theater. This hotel made you feel as though you were someone special!

I stayed at the Renaissance on business and it was one of my best hotel experiences in recent memory. The staff bent over backwards to make sure I had a nice stay. My room was gorgeous and perfectly appointed for the business traveller. My only complaint is that it was so lovely, that I hated to leave it to go to meetings.

THE NIGHT DESK CLERK WAS IN HER EARLY 20'S, AND VERY SNIPPY. tHE DOORMAN DIDN'T OPEN DOORS, EITHER TO THE HOTEL OR TO THE CAR WHEN I LEFT OFF MY 90 YEAR OLD MOTHER.

This Hotel is absolutely exquisite - everything from the service to the gorgeous rooms and excellent restaurant on the first level of the Hotel. The location is very good, as well, being close to the stadiums, Benedum and Heinz Halls, and downtown shopping.

We usually stay at mid-priced hotels but decided to go for something a little nicer this time. Clean, comfortable, quiet, great location, pleasant staff. Would definitely stay there again next time we're in Pittsburgh. Very convenient to football and baseball stadiums. Only complaint: server didn't come back to offer me more OJ when we tried their breakfast buffet one morning.

The bed was fantastic - in fact, I inquired about the brand so I can purchase one. It seemed like the carpet could have been newer for a 4 star hotel. Overall, the hotel was great!

Extremely well done; decor, service and location. There was nothing. For a romantic getaway in Pittsburgh this is the place to be. Close to theater, great clubs and restaurants. We could park the car for the entire weekend. Best deal in town is if you park the car yourself in the garage across the street it cost $5. The valet even told us about that option! Another bonus, you can walk along the river to the point.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Room was on the smaller side. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and efficient. My room was clean and had an excellent view of the water. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Pittsburgh!

Nice hotel. We were disappointed that there was no pool. The pool is at Bally's and my kids ages 13 and 16 were too young to go to Ballys.

Its character. Lovely old hotel. warm and inviting not many restaurants open in the evening nearby This is a wonderful place to stay in Pittsburgh. A beautiful hotel, able to walk downtown and close to the stadiums. Great getaway.

Staff/ service far exceeded all expectations. Not a thing. This was honestly one of the nicest, cleanest, and friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in. I felt completely pampered from the moment we pulled into the valet, to the moment we drove away. The rooms we stayed in were very spacious and luxurious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling into the Pittsburg area.

Location of hotel. No gripes, everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It proximity to many eateries and other shops was ideal. The room was beautiful. Very high ceilings and a beautiful view of other buildings in the Pittsburgh skyline. The beds were comfortable and the room were very inviting. Parking across the street was a measley $5 for 24 hours, how can you beat that?

The lobby is beautiful. Lots of marble and very classy. The rooms were on the small side and not all that deluxe. The TV in the room was really old and didn’t work all that well, the toilet was finicky. Beautiful lobby and friendly helpful staff, but the room was not that fantastic.
